Discount Tire Store – Henderson, NV

Have been a customer for the last 10 years, no more! Had appointment, spent $ 1000.00 on tires took time off work and it’s been almost 2 hours that they have kept me waiting. I won’t be back. I was quoted 35 to 45 minutes.

Customer service here is impeccable ! I called inquiring about my tire size and Vassie was waiting for me at the door as soon a I pulled up. What I love about these guys is no one tried to pressure me into buying new tires or a windshield wiper. Good job guys keep up the great work, a great personality is hard to find !

Broke the center caps on my rims doing a simple tire rotation and balance and didn’t even offer apology or replacement. Incompetence!!!
I will never return to this store

I stopped here around 9am on a Saturday morning to get one of my tires replaced. I was in and out in close to an hour. The team was professional and made an effort to get everyone out in a timely fashion. They also have cold water and fresh coffee available in the waiting area.

I had my Lambo tires changed 20 times at various places without an issue, but this is the only place that wants to charge me extra for some tire sensor refitting or reconnecting or other sensor bs. I asked another tire shop and they told me that’s a scam.

I really want to compliment the service writers at this location! I was amazed at how rude people are to them. One lady was texting on her phone the entire time that the guy is speaking to her about what is wrong with her tires, never looking up at him! He asked her to come over and authorize and sign for the work and she responded «I don’t want to move» She was a lady in her slim lady in her early 30’s so it wasn’t difficult. She finally huffed and went to the desk continuing to text. I don’t know maybe she was playing a game. Next customer was a total jerk «I’ve got allot of cars, better treat me right» Mind you he was drive an older Hyuandi. Donovan was very nice to him, probably to nice the guy sat down opened up his notebook and started doing paper work. Donovan returns after checking out his car and asked the guy to come to the counter, he responded «I can hear you from here, I’m in the corporate world». WHAT!!! Donovan remained cool and professional. I don’t know how these guys do it!!!
They replaced my tire and I promise I was nice! I wanted to return with Bloody Mary’s!!!

This morning a friendly Discount Tire’s tire expert measured the tread of my 2002 car & honestly said there was a little mileage left if I simply rotated & balanced them, so I got that done & was on my way in less than an hour! I’m bringing all my cars here they are a team of fabulous people!

I’m a new car owner and this is the first time I was faced with a flat tire. Except it wasn’t just one, it was two flats. I didn’t know what to do. I am super happy I came here to get my tires. The people are very kind and helpful. The service is amazing. I recommend this place to everyone!

Tremendous customer service from Vassie and the crew! I had my car towed to this location after one of my tires had blown, unfortunately the tires that I use are special order, but that didn’t stop Vassie from calling everywhere in town trying to find some to get me on the road. I only had to wait a day and a half before my car was ready with four new tires. Extremely impressed with the guys on Windmill, I cannot thank them enough!!!

BEWARE! Had a slow leak in a tire. Called first to see if they could fix it. Sure bring it down… no charge. Then they «claim» it was patched before and they are unable to fix it and start on the speech about new tires.
Said not interested, please put it back on.
Took it to a non chain establishment and presto surprise… No, the tire had NOT been patched before and it did have a screw stuck in it. In less than ten minutes and only lighter by $ 10…my tire is fixed.
Thanks for trying to fleece me Discount Tires. Hope some other folks decide to give you a pass and save themselves some $$$$$.

Very pleasant. I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of because I’m a woman.

Not too thrilled with this location. I went to get my tires inspected because one seemed to be leaking slowly and to see if it was finally time to replace the front tires since I only replaced the rear ones last time. The agent barely looked at my history, looked at the tires, and spent several minutes chastising me for «never rotating them». He told me I hadn’t driven far enough to qualify for warranty replacement and I’d have to pay regular price for the tires and that this wouldn’t happen if I rotated them, when those tires were the same ones I got with the CAR not Discount Tire. They did inflate the tires to specs so they do get a couple stars for working, but didn’t fix the leak so I went to the location on the east side where I used to live a week later because the service over there is so much better.

Had an appointment today at 9 am, got there at 8:55am, took my truck right away and by 9:15 I was out the door. Rotate, balance and whatever in 15 minutes, fantastic!!! Thanks guys.

This place is awesome!!! The customer service here is nothing that I have ever experienced before. They were so nice and very attentive. Offered us free bottles of water which I think was cool!
I went in to balance and rotate my tires and it was so quick I got in and out super fast. Drove it on the freeway after just to check and oh man… It felt a millions times better!
The number one plus for me and the reason I will be returning to this location is, it only cost me 40 bucks!!! Hell ya can’t beat that!
Definitely recommended them to everyone!

Great customer service! I am one happy customer with my new tires. Vassie the store manager is so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place for tires. Went in to have a flat checked out. The staff was extremely friendly, knowledgable, and courteous. Sadly the flat was too busted to repair (which is free), but they gave me a tire on loan for no charge until my new tire could be shipped. The comfortable waiting room atmosphere, free water while you wait, and fast service makes this Discount Tire shop number one on my list.

I have been to this location multiple times and they are always very kind and professional. I just went due to my tires being low, turns out I had a nail in one of them and they repaired it for free. I will continue to go here as they have amazing customer service and seem to care and want to help with whatever tire trouble you have. Thank you!

Rip Off’s!!! They did an oil change for me, inspected my brakes and told be they were fine, but I needed a new water pump for $ 800!!! LOL
Had it, all my hoses, all my belts, new thermostat and radiator flush for $ 400!
Somewhere Else!!!
Then when I returned the next week because my brakes had been squeaking since they inspected them the week before, they had the balls to tell me it was because I needed new brakes.
When I told them their Mac has just said my brakes were fine last week, they said I must have driven them hard! IN A WEEK???
Took my truck down the street to Midas on St Rose… they told me I still had 50% left on my pads!!!
Do yourself a favor… DONT DO BUSINESS with these cheese balls!!!

I had a great experience here. But I new all my tires needed to be replaced before hand. I have 4 brand new good year tires installed and warranties for around $ 600.00.
The folks were fast and courteous I came in 45minutes before they closed and they brought in the SUV within 30minutes of closing. Great customer service.
