I worked with Darce Wilson for almost one year when buying investment properties in Las Vegas. I was interested in buying three single family homes for rental purposes. I had done some of my own research into the best areas for rentals, but my resources were limited. As discouraging as it was, Darce was persistent and kept me informed every step of the way.
Darce always went the extra mile by staying on top of each of the three offers that were finally accepted, often going out to the property I had in escrow to verify and confirm specific questions and information I needed to know. Even though I was located in California, I never felt uninformed or left out of the loop. Darce is definitely a credit to his profession and the hardest working real estate agent I have ever worked with over the years. If you want to buy a rental property, you must work with Darce as he will help you get the best return on investment in the most desirable rental areas of Las Vegas. If you want to buy a home for yourself as we are planning to do in the future, Darce is without a doubt the real estate agent to work with. From my personal point of view, I know if I had gone to another agent for my properties, I would not have ended up with the prime locations and the most home for the money as I did with Darce.
