THE WORST NAIL SALON I HAVE DEALT WITH. Got my nails done here with my daughter, both gels. After a week one of my nails chipped off. The next week another one was peeling off. My daughter’s gels still looked fine. I went in to talk to someone about it and the guy I spoke to was AWFUL. He told me that gels aren’t meant to last longer than 2 weeks and I needed to get them redone (which is not true). He refused to admit they didn’t do a good job and was flat out rude about it. I told him when I go to my usual nail place they never chip this fast and if I ever have a problem they’re very professional and nice about it. His response was «well go back to them and have it fixed.» Terrible customer service, will NOT be going back. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

horrible customer service… i will never go back. i tried my daughter and myself every 12 days., faithfully. yreated like crap, the owner ken is a jerk. he does not care about customer service, i always say its easy to get buisness, its keeping it thats hard. this owner thinks his poop dont stink, and is better than everyone.
also, he goes thru employees like we change our panties. he can not keep an employee, except kari, shes so sweet. i feel bad for her, ken and kari have a baby together, hes so abusive and has a leash on her, financially, so she cant go anywhere…

Five days ago, I came here for a gel manicure (done by Mary) and it already started peeling on three of my nails. I am not the type to complain or cause a scene about people’s mistakes so I just stopped in today so I can get them fixed. I was told to come back in an hour, so I did. I came back and Kari started drilling the peeled bits away. I also pointed out to her that one of my nails was filed unevenly; it looked crooked, so I wanted it filed straight & even. She misunderstood and filed it square. I ended up filing all of my nails square because there was no way to go back to the oval shape I had.
After that, I waited about 40 minutes for Mary to finish with another customer. She told me that I should pick a different color for my nails this time, and I’m happy I did because it looks much better. She took her time and made sure that my nails look way better, and they definitely do. I’m satisfied with the outcome of my nails, but not so much about the wait & the fact that I had to file all of my nails square.

I would give more stars, seeing as how my first few visits were really nice, but my last 3 visits have been terrible, and this last visit today is the last time I go here. The lady whose name I don’t know, globbed on the acrylic, my nails are thick, there is dried acrylic all over my fingers the Polish is chunky. I can’t believe they let people leave their establishment like that.

I love this place and will definitely be coming back! Great atmosphere, clean, cute, hgtv playing in the background. But most importantly Kari gave me a great mani/​pedi!

Awesome customer service!!! Very pleased with nails, pedi, wax. Prices are very reasonable, clean environment, in other words love this place truly recommended!!!

I searched and searched for a beautiful French manicure, and finally I found a salon that consistently makes my fingers beautiful. Now we’ve added diamond sparkles, and they are beyond fabulous. I have been coming here for a year and recommend them highly.

This is my go-​to nail salon! Kari and Ken always do a great job. My gel nails always look great and last until I return 2 – 3 weeks later. Nice clean and relaxing atmosphere and I have never had to wait more than a few minutes even when they are busy. I recommend them to all my friends!

If it were possible to give zero stars, I would give none. This place is ridiculous. They don’t take customers in the order that they come in. Sat there for Ten minutes waiting on someone, and a lady who came in after me and asked «do you have time for a mani» gets helped right away. Then I’m told that someone else would be right with me. So I walked out… Spend your money elsewhere! this place surely doesn’t deserve it.

Truly enjoyed my visits! Kari has provided excellent service, very friendly & kind. Also appreciate the cleanliness! Many other places I have visited in the area are not as clean and have an overwhelming stink. I definitely recommend Color Nails & Spa & Kari!

Terrible customer service!!! We were treated as a burden the moment we walked in. We felt rushed the entire time and were not treated kindly. I had my nails done by a man, and they look fine. But my the lady that did my sisters nails did a terrible job. I wish I would have looked at my sisters nails before we left, and I would have asked for a refund for her. When I accidentally bumped one of my nails the man told me he had no time to fix my nails and that I needed to stop messing around. I understand that they were in a hurry but don’t treat us like crap and expect anything in return. We are not likely to return again.

My favorite nail salon! My nails always come out perfect. Clean atmosphere and tons of color options.

I thought I had found a new place for regular fills with Color but not to be. Coming in for my third visit one of the techs who did my fill 10 days before yells out ‘You back already!’ Sorry I’m back to give you my money. Won’t happen again, I promise. Plus! Shirley left me mid fill to go wax a walk in and left me with the mean girl who did a TERRIBLE job. My nails look like crap

Terrible service! They don’t take the customers in the order they come in… and make you wait for someone to come in «after they drop their daughter off»…said the «manager». I would not recommend it. Good location, bad service. The manager should learn how to manage! And this was on a busy Saturday… bummer. BTW — I have been a regular customer for about a year! Then… because I was not happy with the service and time frame, they MADE ME LEAVE without taking the polish off after I had my nails wrapped because they saw that I was adding this review to Unilocal!!!STAY AWAY! I left with un-​done nails. What a Jerk!!!

Great customer service!
I JUST got my nails done and it was one of the best experiences ever. Kari did my gel pedicure and she did an amazing job. They are very clean and the place looks so new (even after 1−2years of being here). I am definitely coming back.

First time here. Upon arrival I was offered a beverage which made a great first impression. Maya did my gel pedicure. Very nice, efficient and professional. The facility is new with state of the art equipment and clean, crisp, modern décor. I highly recommend!

Kari does my nails and does an amazing job!!! I am super super Picky!!! And when we moved here last year from Phoenix I left behind my amazing nail girl Tami who I’d seen for 5 years. and I was in search of the same amazing person here in Henderson. Well I found that at Color Nails! They can always get you in and if you need to reschedule they are so understanding… I do that a lot…
Kari is amazing!!! She is so precise and does a wonderful job with Polish and her Pedicures are on spot! I really lucked out with finding this place and also having it close to my house! Ken also is amazing as well and they all dis great job with polish and make sure it is perfect!!! I highly recommend, they are also super clean and that is priority one to me as well!!! Ask for Kari or Ken and you won’t be disappointed!

I have been going to Color Nails and Spa since they first opened. Ken and Kari are the best! I have been in Henderson, NV for 3 years now, since moving from Chicago. While in IL I was going to a fantastic girl for over 15 years. It was hard to move and find a place I was content with. Color Nails is pristine, pleasant and attractive. The prices are reasonable. I have only had positive experiences there. I am so glad to have found my new forever shop and Tech in my new home town! Thank you Ken and Kari!

I visited this nail bar today for a gel manicure. Maya was pretty fast once we got started. However, I had a 4:30 appointment and sat up front until 4:45 and once I sat down, she had to get up to help some people and then cash out a patron after she started filing my nails. They seemed a little disorganized, but I’m not sure if this is common or an anomaly.
They don’t have ombré sample nails, so Maya asked me to find one online to replicate. I had one on my phone and she tried to mirror my example. The outcome was not the same, but I still liked the look.
The only issue I’m having is that a few nails have what feels like granules on them and I can’t stop messing with them. I wish they were smooth, but these don’t affect the look. We’ll see if I can last a couple weeks without picking them to death.
