We specialize in fresh bread baked daily. European style pastries produced daily on the premises. The best ingredients, no preservatives or additives. Our Butter cookies are made with Butter! You will also find Danish, unlike you have ever tasted before. The three top sellers are Bear Claws, Cheese Danish & melt in your mouth Cinnamon Rolls.

We are the place to go to, to order a Specialty Cake. Bring in a picture or idea and we can create it for you!

History

Established in 2008.

Chef Flemming Pedersen has been baking for over 40 years.

Originally from Denmark, he has worked around the United States and settled in Henderson in the early 1980’s. He has worked in over 7 of Las Vegas finest hotels, including at the Golden Nugget, where he was Executive Pastry Chef for 16 years.

Chef Flemming also taught at the Art & Culinary Institute for 7 years, before opening up his own BakeShop in downtown Henderson in the Water Street District.

Business Owner

Born in Denmark, Chef Flemming came to the United States as a young man & settled in Henderson area in the early 80’s.

After working in 7 of Las Vegas’s finest hotels, including the Golden Nugget as Executive Pastry Chef for 16 years. Chef then went on to teach his craft at the Art & Culinary Institute before opening his very own BakeShop in 2008.
