Best Western Plus St. Rose Pkwy/Las Vegas South Hotel

Couldn’t have been happier with our stay from 12÷27−12÷29÷2015. When our room wasn’t ready to check in as promised the front desk staff upgraded us to a king suite. This was the nicest room I have ever been in! Very clean, everyone on the staff was professional and friendly, and the location was ideal for our needs. I will definitely stay here again.

Very nice and clean. I stayed in the Lake Las Vegas Hilton the next day and it was so much cleaner and more comfortable at the best Western and was half the price. Everything worked and I was able to relax at the Best Western.

Stayed here last night. Hotel was clean. I’m all about being «green» and saving the environment, but when you can’t even control the thermostat in your own room on a 100+ day outside, I have an issue. When you walk in the room, you have to put your room key in a slot to turn on the air conditioning in the room. When the air went on, it clicked on for a minute and would shut off. You also could not lower the thermostat lower than 78 since the hotel set it on this. I will definitely be not staying here ever again! Stay at Hampton Inn (in the Starbucks parking lot). Tons better!

This Best Western Plus is the perfect hotel you want to stay at when you travel to Henderson and plan on going the the area for business/​family gatherings and what not.
The staff at Best Western Plus on St. Rose Parkway is great, Kelo checked us in, very helpful, customer service oriented and good guy! During the swing shift I believe from 1−10pm maybe? They had another guy and a girl named Adaline I believe her name was, again… both were very helpful, suggested a couple of places around the area to eat at, always had a smile on their faces as well!
Our room in the hotel was exactly what we wanted, everything was clean, no awkward smell, everything was up to date, the pool and jacuzzi area was very clean as well! They have breakfast every morning, eggs, sausage, make your own waffles, cereal and juices, again… good food!
I will definitely stay here again, great place, great staff, and great price!!!

This place does not qualify as a Best Western Plus. It barely qualifies as a Best Western. I have stayed here before several years ago when it was the Wingate and at least back then everything was new. It looks like nothing but the name has changed in all that time. The rooms, especially the lumpy bed and flimsy linens are showing their age. We had an issue with the heater in our room — it was producing a smokey odor and not heating up at all. The kid from the front desk came up to look at it and basically said we needed to give it time to heat up and if it didn’t then he would move us to another room. This was at about 11pm. Whatever. And then also one of our room keys didn’t work on the door. We were only there one night so we didn’t bother complaining about that but it was just annoying. I guess you get what you pay for and this was only $ 90 a night so not bad. But I have stayed at other Best Western Plus hotels and usually they are like resort quality and this one does not measure up.
