I am originally from Philadelphia, PA. I moved to Las Vegas in 2005 with my husband. I have worked in the food & beverage industry my entire working career. I was looking for something «different» in which I could be my own boss when this idea was presented to me.
The business was originally started as a partnership under a different name. This turned out to be a huge mistake on my part.
I knew the concept worked though and I had fun with it, so after a short re-grouping period I decided to give it another. I bought another truck, renamed the business and «Bake My Day» was born!
