The team at AmCheck is great! I have been working with the Las Vegas office for the past several years. As an employer who has worked with AmCheck, I highly recommend them to any HR /​payroll person. Their system is easy to use, and if you need customer service, they are here locally and always answer the phone, I have also referred AmCheck to clients as a business consultant, and everyone has been very pleased. Whether you have 2 employees or hundreds, this is a great product and company.

I was not pleased with Amcheck employee customer service and business practice. One of the payroll assistants made repeated errors on my account and this particular employee thought that I was on hold as they were supposed to check/​clarify my problem, and as I was on hold waiting, I overheard the employee make really disparaging comments about my company. I am paying for a service and trust that the employees working with my account would work in my best interest. Amcheck lacks integrity.
