Simply AMAZING!!! 1,000 times better than any big name hotel in Vegas! Angel took a serious interest in past medical and lifestyle choices before starting. I was very impressed with his knowledge of technique and body systems. Typically I enjoy a quiet setting but this time I encouraged him to share his wealth of information. I learned so many things to do and things to avoid. I instantly had better mobility, a sense of rejuvenation, and truly felt like I got an amazing deal. I can’t wait to go back!

They don’t pick up the phone. Then when they call back its like phone tag. They have to confirm if they will be able to provide the service you requested. It tried for months and they just couldn’t accommodate. Now I’m stuck with an expired GROUPON and a horrible experience over the phone. Wouldn’t recommend wasting your time to make an appointment with AetheraSpa. Take your hard earned money elsewhere.

I bought a Groupon for an oxygen facial at Aetheraspa with Charissa and have been going back to her ever since. Charissa introduced me to wonderful products and has always made great recommendations. I have been getting diamond facials and have seen such an improvement in my skin. Another great thing about seeing Charissa is that when you buy a package you get a serious discount on facials.

I have been going to Charissa for 6 months now and have been very impressed with her services. I am in my 50s and my neck was aging faster than my face. I had facials with LED lights several times, and my neck looks 20 years younger! Everyone has commented on how great my neck looks, and I am very pleased. I will continue to go to Charissa, who is going to help remove the age spots on my face next. I can’t even believe these results are possible with no surgery! I would definitely recommend Charissa to anyone who wants a great facial and results. Plus, she is very sweet, and I always enjoy seeing her!
I have also been going to Angel for massages to help with some serious back issues and pain. I have never met anyone who is so knowledgeable about muscles and how to alleviate the problem for long-​term relief. Angel is very personable and professional every time. I haven’t felt this good in years! I am very grateful for being able to live pain-​free.

I am very pleased with my first experience with Aethera Spa. I purchased a 50 min massage off of groupon for an awesome price! I called right away because I was having issues with my neck and back. It did take two days of playing phone tag, but Angel was very accommodating by getting me in that day. He was very knowledgable of the muscles and where to treat my particular issues to give me one of the most effective massages I have ever had. So I’m saying I had a great first experience because I know I will definitely be back for a second, third and probably many more. I highly recommend Aethera to everyone!

I had purchased a package directly off their website for a mani, pedi and a european facial. My experience starting from the first phone call wasn’t that great. I had to call a few times just to get a hold of someone. I spoke to Charissa on the phone and my experience was really abrupt, she quickly scheduled my appointment and didn’t even bother to tell me who I was seeing (I saw Charissa, but at the time I thought she was just the receptionist.) According to their website they ask new clients to show up 10 – 15 mins early in order to fill out some basic paperwork. I walked into the salon at 10:45am for an 11am appointment and was told by the receptionist that Charissa wasn’t here yet, knowing I was early I patiently waited, however Charissa didn’t show up till 11:10am and had me fill out the paperwork. The facial consultation started with Charissa asking me a few questions about how often I get facials (nothing about my skin type or my skin concerns, even the paperwork didn’t have those questions) The facial itself just felt like someone washing my face and applying an unidentified mask and spritzes of toner here and there. Although the European facial is supposed to include thorough extractions, I was told that I didn’t need them (I need extractions, I’ve gotten enough facials to know what I need at this point.) Her shoulder massage was incredibly rough and painful, I was actually taken by surprise at how rough she started out. I did let her know that it was painful and she told me it was because I had tightness in my neck area and she needed to put pressure on it to release the knot (Umm, no. Not necessarily. It’s all about technique) Next was my pedicure. The pedicure was much better than the facial, however my package stated that it included a «deluxe spa pedicure» and it wasn’t even close. I received a basic scrub and a massage with vaseline body lotion. I was then told that callous removal was an additional $ 7. Umm, what?! Are you kidding me? My local and usual nail joint (Instyle Nails) doesn’t even charge extra for callous removal in their deluxe pedicure, its actually included along with a wonderful hot lotion wrap that leaves my heels feeling like they’ve never such a thing called a «callous» Oh and PS Aetheraspa’s «Deluxe Spa pedicure» costs $ 45 and still doesn’t include callous removal. Instyle Nail’s deluxe pedicure costs $ 35 and includes callous removal along with a couple of other relaxing extras. My polish was also applies untidily which I started to notice once I was home. My manicure wasn’t anything special and my nails are filed uneven and the polish could’ve been applied with more skill. I can already tell that it’s going to start chipping in a couple of days, plus she really didn’t have variety with her colors. Overall, my experience of this place wasn’t exactly the most thrilling one. Needless to say that I won’t be returning to this spa. Instead I will be running back to my usual massage therapist/​esthetician Kristin Malone and giving her the biggest hug ever! (I Unilocaled about her! She’s awesome!) and I will be sticking to my usual Instyle Nails for an amazing pedicure that leaves me feeling clean, soft and relaxed. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Definitely not.

I have been trying to get an appointment I paid for since Aug 2. Last week my fourth phone call was finally returned and I was scheduled for 11:00 today. I waited for twenty minutes, called the business number only to be sent to voicemail. I understand people run late and are busy, but when you’re running a business, time management is of essence, so is hiring a receptionist.

I bought a deal on Groupon for Aetheraspa for a massage, facial, and paraffin treatment. I had been calling to make an appointment for two months and everytime I called no one would pick up and I would have to leave a message. I would eventually get a call back but missed the call and they left me a message to call them back.
Well last month, December 2012, my Groupon was set to expire by the end of the month. So I kept calling them and everytime I would call, again no one would respond, and I left a message. No one called me back and when I called again, the voicemail was full and I couldn’t even leave a message. I tried calling for weeks during December and no one would respond and the mailbox was full so I couldn’t leave a message. My Groupon deal expired at the end of December and I was never able to redeem or use my Groupon deal.
I have never called a business where no one ever answers the phone and where the mailbox is full and a customer can’t leave a message. This is horrible customer service! I have the worst impression of this place and I basically lost the money that I spent to get services done here.
Would not recommend to anyone!

Best massage therapy ever! See Angel he works on all your sore spots. really knowledgeable about all your muscles and how to get rid of your pain.

Love, love, love Angel! I met Angel when he was in another spa and have been following him for quiet some time now. I always hold on to people that are so good at what they do and Angel is that and more. He’s highly recommended on my list, and I would also recommend him to anyone with back issues.
