Abercrombie & Fitch

I give this a one star and I’m being very generous
Unfortunately this is the nearest Abercrombie
And very much Am a fan of the close but I will tell you that I have had several bad experiences at this particular store
I noticed a pattern every time I would go in there there’s always only one register open you can never really find anyone to help you unless the employees are just talking amongst themselves but they do not even acknowledge you if you are standing in front of their face
I’m Black Friday I went to the Abercrombie in Seattle and purchased about $ 380 worth of clothing
When I got back to my hotel that evening I noticed that there was a alarm still attached to my grey shirt
The alarm never sounded when I walked through otherwise I would have gone the alarm detached
When I finally got back to Las Vegas I’ve put off bringing the shirt back to the store for about a week when I finally did I put the shirt to a girl name China.
She thoroughly questions how I got the sure where I got the sure why I didn’t have a receipt and pretty much degraded me and made me feel like she was accusing me of shoplifting the shirt from another store
I specifically told her that I had charged almost $ 400 on my black card and that she could look up the shirt if she needed to with my card nothing was good enough for her and I left the store with the shirt and still had the alarm attached to it.
I later found the receipt in another compartment of my wallet but I decided that the hassle wasn’t worth it so I literally pulled the alarm off of the shirt.
There are other Abercrombie stores that don’t have an ploys that are arrogant and lazy but at this particular store in the Galleria Henderson they are by far the worst
This is a very poorly managed store and I don’t know who the manager is because I only see kids working there.
I’ve decided I’m no longer going to shop at the store

I think people are being overly critical. Thank God for clothing that fits people and doesn’t hang or drape off. Clothing that fits the stereotype of an All American look with vintage look, and feel that is admirable. A&F is a brand that is standing the test of time. We have seen companies go and go somewhere else. Abercrombie is staying true.
Some people hate that there are only a few sizes. Well, I don’t complain when there big and tall stores that cater towards the larger individual. I enjoy shopping at an establishment that caters towards the average sized, athletically built person. I love this store! So stop hating. Service? They can have the greatest service in the world and have a horrible product. I would rather be left alone so I can shop. If I have a question, the brand reps are always around. So don’t question the service. It’s not their fault you can’t match or pick out a cologne.

Can we put the DUH in Abercrombie and Fitch. I use to be a big fan of this brand, until the customer service just started to go downhill. I had to go to this store to buy their cologne because i love their scent and have no choice but to enter Abercombie territory. This particular Abercrombie inside the Galleria mall the customer service is horrible! I use to work in retail and I know they have guidelines on how to greet customers as they enter the store greeting customers as they approach the cash register. None was met. The cashiers was so busy yapping about what they were doing this weekend, and just looking good behind the registers. After i had made my 90 $ purchase on my cologne they never even said thank you have a great day. As i walked away they put a bad taste in my mouth. It was horrible and i kept thinking to myself why am I supporting this establishment. Overall products wise i still do purchase some abercrombie items love their shirts and cologne.
If you expect attention at Abercombie at the Galleria Mall location good luck. You literally have to prance around naked in the store to get customer service.
I would recommend another Abercrombie & Fitch Store maybe towns square was some what better then this location.
