I only get oil changes and minor work done. I met a mechanic who worked on my car and he was very friendly (the reason I gave 3 stars) My issue is the line to wait is always long and there is usually one person behind the counter helping customers and they never call to tell me my car is done even when they say they would call. Not many workers on the floor either they all hide behind the counter looking at the computer

Came in with a flat tire after a rough day, and Elvis was great. He could have upsold me on products I didn’t need because everybody else was closed– but instead he found the right solution and was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I’ll be back.

Horrible experience. Realized my inspection was due and this was the only place open sunday. Came in at 9am. After an hour or so they tell me i need front breaks which i know they’re lying since inhad he front replace not log ago. The back breaks i would believe. Also i need new rotors which could be true but yo cant trust these places. Well i asked at noon how much longer every hour until around 2 :30 when i asked someone else and they tell me that the car was done long ago. I will not return again. The people have terrible attitudes and if i knew this would take over 5 hours might as well go back and get rip off at the dealer again

I went in today for an oil change and was in and out quickly (with an appointment of course) the guys behind the counter were so nice. This is my favorite location so far.

Went in for an oil change and when I was there they told me the inspection expired the following day, so I got the inspection done too, Had one of the three brake bulbs out so they replaced that too free of labor charge but charged me for bulb since it had to be replaced to pass inspection.
However, since I left I realized my e-​brake seems to be broken and it was not broken before I went in for the oil change and inspection. I suspect that they broke it unless its a true coincidence that they were in the car and then it was broken.
Would not go back to this Pep Boys again. Got there at 6pm and it took an hour and 45 minutes for the oil change and inspection. An oil change and inspection in my experience takes NO LONGER than 30 minutes. Place didn’t seem too busy so not sure what took so long.
With him waiving labor charge it came up to $ 125 (got Mobil 1 Synthetic in the car)

Maybe it was the baby face or the fact that I look a whole lot younger than 22 that made these people feel like I am an idiot. I asked on an estimate for new brakes and an oil change and was told $ 700.
You’re kidding.

The absolute worst. I have come here on and off for the last couple of years, for two reasons only Location and convenience (hours)
The service has gotten progressively worse with each visit and I am beyond blaming the staff. This is a management/​ownership issue.
Extra long wait times. No answer to telephone calls. No return calls to inform of status or updates. An air of indifference by all staff to customer dissatisfaction.
I dropped my truck off due to a loud knocking noise on Friday at 7pm. The guy behind the counter said it will be looked at first thing in the morning as it was busy that evening (they close at 9pm) I was promised a call back 9am Saturday. Saturday at 1pm, no call yet. So I call. The truck hadn’t even been looked at yet.
After getting through again at 5pm I was told that they didnt know what was wrong but, as per the woman in the service dept, «I could pick it up if I want to.»
Why would I pick it up if the problem hasnt even been looked at ??? Unprofessional, inept and inconsiderate.
As of Sunday at 11:30, the vehicle still had not been looked at and I cannot even get a time frame for them to tell me what the problem is, much less fix it. Going on 3 days and still nothing. Convenience be damned, this is it for me and this location. I hope this is not how all the Pep Boys locations are but chances are after this I will never find out. Im done with this place.

I usually avoid Pep Boys, no matter the location because they are all slow. It has been well over 1 hour and 15 minutes just get a state inspection. The gentleman at the service counter who checked me in was nice. I keep getting the same update about my progress.

Absolutely horrible BAD will NEVER come here again (for service). They do not deserve one star. I came in for an inspection. I was told there was a 45 minute wait… ok I’ll wait for I need to get an inspection today. The car was in for 2.5 hours!!! At 6:15pm I asked them how much longer and they told me another 20 – 30 mins that they were on the brakes. At 7:25 I asked how much longer again because I had to go. I cannot spend the night. She comes back and tells me they just got to the brakes… I told her she told me that an hour ago. I then had them just stop. I had to go. Ridiculous.
I spoke to other customers while waiting. A man was told his wheel alignment would be an hour… he wound up waiting for almost FIVE hours… for a wheel alignment!!! I would definitely avoid this place all together for ANY service.

This store had a serious mistake happen when I went to rotate my tires. They actually broke the l locks on my tires for my Lexus which you normally need to use the customer tire key to unlock. They never called me to ask me for this. . And I don’t know about cars so I didn’t know they needed one. They proceeded to unlock with their own «master lock» and ruined my locks.
I do not recommend going there.

Thank You Pep Boys for doing a Fantastic job on my Toyota Camry! A Oil change, Tire Rotation and new Wind Shield Wiper Blades! The price was GREAT! I paid way less than half of what Toyota was wanting me to pay! My car was done in about 30 minutes just in time for me to catch the door busters on Saturday 11÷29÷14!

I waited for over half an hour with only one other person in line at the auto service counter before the rep even addressed me than another fifteen minutes to be waited on. Then I told them that the check engine light car came on and they wanted to charge me over $ 49 just to tell me what it said. I told them it was proably just a vapor issue from the gas cap they refused to just check it for me so I left. I will never go back to them. Do not waste your time at this place.

Worse experience ever at this location ever. Under staffed establishment. Made a 10:00am appointment for oil change and inspection. Website gives you a choice options to pick from. I chosen $ 64.99 oil change. Raul tills me it’s going to be $ 74.99. Waited a good 45 mins until Raul called a costumer behind me who did not have a appointment. I spoke up to Raul that I been waiting since 10:00 plus made a appointment last night with requests that I needed. Now he till me it’s going to be 1:45 min wait. Let me remind you the place is empty only two other customers are in the waiting room. Never again. Fuck this ghetto ass location. They should shut it down.

This place is unreliable and cannot be trusted. You are better off going to your local car shop. I had my valve cover gasket, control arms replaced and engine oil is still leaking. So I too it back to pep and they informed that it was the hoses and others. I decided to have my dad’s friend, who is a mechanic himself, take a look at it since it just got too expensive. Upon his completion of everything, he discovered the leak was indeed the rear portion of the valve cover gasket. I went back again to pep to have the cover replaced plus get a new tire and rotation. They did the tire but couldn’t perform alignment because guess this, one of the control arms are busted. It’s not even a year and its busted. It also happened that my tire rods need replacement, which is the only way they can replace the control arm and then align. Needless to say, I had my mechanic handle the tire rods so that pep boys can fix their own mistakes. There you go. Now I am here waiting for these amateurs to fix what they should have done initially not even a year ago. I am staying here to watch them work on my car. I will never go into pep boys, again, not even for an air freshener. Remember check out your local car shops or another town’s car shops. Pep boys should be on the bottom of your list.

I’ve always had a good experience shopping at this PepBoys until a recent incident with one of their cashiers who I believe is dishonest.
Making a long story short, I strongly recommend customers to pay in cash on all purchases.

They are much more expensive than other shops/​stores in the area. Their service prices are significantly higher. On the other hand, the employees are friendly and helpful.

Bought a headlight here. They said its $ 15.00 installation so I did it myself meanwhile other Pep Boys I been to do it for free! Also, some idiot hit my car with her door in the lot so maybe that’s y I’m bitter. Bad experience! Not coming back to this one.

FIRST lets put this out there. the website has an arbitration link. meaning they most likely have more customer issues then any other company out there. They don’t stand by their work, they try and charge for work not needed, or work they have done already. The company lets you make appointments for your service, but no where on its website does it say that en appointment will be honored. I had one at 9am, they didn’t get to the car till 3pm. they agreed to do they work that day, 30min later, they cant do it. had they started wen my appointment was, it might have gotten completed. I once stuck up for the company against friends telling me not to, now ill NEVER EVER GO BACK!!!

Usually I’m pretty pleased. I’m annoyed my tires came in late this time.
