Signed up for this internet service after promises of great service by the owner of the company. He came to the house, charged us $ 200 to hook up the service to the house after he installed it and after he said it was $ 100 on the phone. We should have stopped right there. The service tested fine when he was at the house, but then immediately failed after he drove away. We contacted several times over the course of several days and then days turned into months. Every time he tried to say that something in our house’s wiring was wrong, then he said our router was bad (we tried 3 different new routers), then he said we had 180 users on our system, we jumped through all of the hoops that he suggested. Every time we spoke with him he had some raz mataz jargon that he used to actually avoid providing the service that he promised. In hind site, it seems that he has to many users on one tower, but makes no effort to correct the system, all the while he collects his $ 50 and upwards per month from users with internet that most of the time, can’t even open an email. We have to drive to town to do our internet business at the local coffee shop costing us time and more money.
