I am beyond excited to move into my apartment at Palm Court! Chance was very kind and helpful and answered any and all questions I had on the tour today. The apartments seem to have a lot of family in the community and that makes me feel so safe. Everyone was very nice and the area was extremely quiet for even being on a Saturday! Although it isn’t gated, it feels very secure and safe. I didn’t get a weird vibe at all and I can’t wait to live here!

I am currently leasing and I love it! I haven’t seen one single cockroach (knock on wood). The maintenance team and management are very friendly and thorough. Any time I need something fixed, it is repaired promptly with a smile. I highly recommend this place!

YOU WON’T GET YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK EVER AND THEY WILL CHARGE YOU MORE THAN YOU CAN AFFORD FOR CLEANING EVEN YOU CLEAN IT WELL THEY ARE TOTALLY LIARS yes i totally agree to the other tenant please do not signed a lease in this place. They will drain your wallet and they will suck your blood. 2000 dlrs plus penalty of 135 per month you stay. and after your lease even u clean the apartment charge you 125 and paint 160 and catpet 55. plus other cost you don’t even know where is coming from. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE PLEASE

BEWARE!!! The office lady was so rude. I lived here for 4 months. I asked to view an apartment before signing the lease and she didn’t want to show me one, then she finally showed me one but was rude the entire time. I then moved in and same as the others, gardening super early, sprinklers on at night so everything is always wet. Someone was always parked in my assigned parking spot. Then when I had to move out, I was given a report of everything that had to be «fixed» was outrageous including things that weren’t broke. Worst renting experience of my life.

DO NOT RENT HERE! when we began living here we were told that during hard times, we would be able to get out of the lease if we lost our job. after our boss decided not to pay us bc his company went under, we notified the front desk which was in turn recieved with well you get a broken lease and we wont evict you if you are out in two days. after moving out and handing them back the keys we were told we owe 1000 $ for the carpet and over 100 $ on the paint. yes we had pets and paid the deposit. they took the entire deposit and expect us to pay on a carpet that they would have used for 5 years. we were not givent the warantee to view on the carpet or the paint. but we are also left with paying for every month the apt is not rented. and they rotate the apts being rented so we could be stuck paying on it for the full lease without having a place to live. worst service.
any noise complaints are not addressed. and all yard work is done at 7 am. almost every day. you are not allowed to have a bbq, or anything in your garage that you pay extra for, only a registered vehicle. even though you pay for your renters insurance. and when it comes to problems with the apt they take their time fixing. our apt ac was leaking into my closet. when the maintanence guy came to fix it, the manager walked past me to tell my bf to tell me not to turn it below 74*. we had the thermometer set at 78* and the unit was freezing up. i called back to tell them it was low on freion and to call a ac maintanence tech. i was correct and i did not recieve an apology. Pet rent is a joke. they do not even have an reasonable excuse for the charge. Apparently its bc my pet is a person too. last time i checked my cat cant go get a job. and i did pay a deposit so pet rent isnt in the deposit bc all the charges they are now charging me for, bc of pet damages, doesnt come out of all those months i paid an extra 100 $ for pet rent. otherwise i wouldnt have these charges. its rediculous

beware! if you think you are ever going to get your deposit back think again i lived here for about a year and left the place as it was given to me. before you sign a lease you better ask what your deposit is going to pay for because you will end up getting nothing back. this place is so noisy the landlord does nothing about noise complaints they repair and do gardening every single day so if you like to sleep in forget it you will be up 8 am! this company will not tell you the truth up front about what your deposit is really going to pay for i am not the only one to complain about this read up and look around for people that have had the same experience. i would never recommend this place to anyone.
