We are a familly owned and operated business serving the Hemet and San Jacinto valley for 16 years specializing in air conditioning, heating and plumbing for all resident, commercial & mobile homes. We do all air-​heating-​plumbing for new installations, new construction, remodels, air, heating, plumbing repairs and replacements of all makes and models of units, roof top unit, as well as split level installations. Coleman mobile home heating and air, as well as any other mobie home heaters or air conditioners.(excluding through the wall style air conditioners, know as wall units.) We will be happy to serve you.

I have been working in the feild since I got out of high school. My dad would build spec houses & would always have work for my brother and me. I worked for an electrical contractor for a summer with my brother in law, then I found a job doing air, heating, and refrigeration. Next I got my contractors license came. I established my business in 1994. I have been running ever since. The Lord has blessed our company.

Dunham & Sons did a complete reinstallation for me: Payne 14 seer A/​C, Coleman Furnace, new piping & evaporator coil — everything. The entire project was completed in one day. The price was very competitive. Mr. Dunham is very competent, knowledgeable, experienced (and friendly). Without reservation I recommend Dunham & Sons for any HVAC or plumbing installation or repair.

I called this company about a problem I was having with my air conditioning. In a matter of a few seconds the polite gentleman diagnosed my problem as a clogged condensate line and then graciously explained how to fix it myself. He could have charged me a service call and fixed it, but he simply helped me out instead. I will not hesitate contacting them for any of my future HVAC needs. Way to go!!!

My parent’s heater/​furnace stopped working on New Year’s Day during the coldest weather we’ve had all year. The following Saturday a repairman was sent from one of those large companies that has a call center. The repairman said it would cost $ 900 and he would be back the following Monday with the part. No one called on Monday with an appointment time. My Mom called twice to get a time that they would return. Finally the repairman called back and said he would try to get there later in the day. My Dad cancelled the appointment at that point.
That same day, I found Dunham & Son on Unilocal.I saw that they had experience with mobile home Coleman furnaces. My Mom called them and they came out within 30 minutes. They had the needed parts and were done within an hour. The total cost was about $ 500. ($ 400 less than the other company). My parents were very impressed with Dunham & Son and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again. I’m glad they had posted that they had experience with mobile home heating and cooling systems on Unilocal.So glad my parents have heat again!

I came back from being out of town for a few days to discover my thermostat display blank and no a/​c. I called Dunham & Son the next morning. They were at my house and done by noon! I am very pleased that they were able to come so quickly and the price was extremely fair. Highly recommend.

Called for service on my heater/​air conditioner unit at my rental property in Hemet and they were there within the hour, diagnosed the problem, gave me straight forward on what was wrong, fixed it at very fair price and was out the door. Start to finish in less than three hours. I highly recommend this very honest company. I would use Dunham and Son again! Thanks guys!

Folks, this company, a real father and son business, local here in Hemet and San Jacinto. We’ve had other companies come out and repair our AC and none compare to the quality service, fair pricing, honest and truthful diagnostic recommendations. Don’t waste your time, local people, I got same day service!
