All staff at C&C Carpet of Hemet have given excellent effort to make choosing products and, materials simple, with the installation properly done, leaving a clean final product. Phone calls and questions on materials and manufacturer quality have been answered. They really helped me to save money in updating my house so I stayed within my budget while creating a lovely«new» place to live.

My wife and I just had our kitchen countertops replaced with granite, along with replacing our sink and kitchen faucet. We had this work done through C&C Carpet and are glad we did. Before having this work done we did some homework and received a few quotes. This company was very competitively priced and in fact over $ 1,000 cheaper than what the Home Depot would have charged us. They used a person named Jason who is a granite fabricator. Jason is a very nice person and the people working for him arrived on time and did a fabulous job. We couldn’t be happier! They were also very neat and cleaned up at the end which is good because the old tile countertops had to be broken up and taken out by them. They were here for less than five hours and I don’t think they even took a break while here. They also installed our new sink which looks great. It’s an under mount design which I know is more difficult but they didn’t have any problems with it. C&C is a family owned business and they are all very nice. We mostly worked with Candice who was very helpful in setting up our order. The father, Craig, was the person who came to our house to take the initial measurements and is also very nice. We plan on using C&C Carpet again when we are ready to have our three bathrooms redone. We also plan on using them to have some minor repairs done on our laminated flooring. We would recommend this company to anyone without any hesitation.

The folks in the store were helpful and very friendly. My two complaints are the poor customer service and the way they write up tile orders. When I called to complain about dust being everywhere and that my furniture was not covered, the response I got was ‘we don’t do that’ on carpet installs. I had my entryway retiled and carpet installed and when they pulled up the old carpet the foam under it was turning to tiny pieces. instead of covering my dark blue furniture they just swept the dust into piles and(it was one big dust cloud) then vacuumed it up. nothing was covered when the tile work was done, either. I actually requested they cover the furniture and then they did but the second day back they did not. How much does plastic drop cloths cost? I had a few drop clothes and I did cover some areas up but the installers did nothing. I spent over 5,000 dollars and they could not take 5 minutes to make me happy. The other issue is tile… they give you a price per piece but do not tell you that you will be paying shipping charges and they do not itemize the tile, labor and shipping charges to get the tile they just give you one grand total… tile may be by the piece but they never once mentioned there were shipping charges… I would have gone to a tile store where there are no shipping charges… I needed 16 tiles and they ordered 27(3 boxes)…1 box more than I needed. I did get a refund for the 3rd box after calling and complaining. In the entire conversation I had about the covering of furniture and buying to many tiles, to the lady in the office, did I once feel like she cared what I wanted or thought. To bad because I bought from them only because they seemed like such nice people.
