History
Established in 1971.
The Pedrottis started catering in 1975. Louie and Sue Pedrotti began with a kitchen and a catering truck, catering exclusively off-premise events. Through the years, the Pedrottis have been faced with many challenges and welcomed many successes. In the early nineties the Pedrottis were the exclusive caterer of Alamodome in downtown San Antonio. The Pedrottis have catered at many other locations, such as Southwest School of Art & Craft, McNay Art Institute, and The King Ranch. In 1993, Louie and Sue acquired Pedrotti’s North Wind Ranch. With more than 30 years of experience, Louie and Sue are proud to say they always make their guests feel at home.
