Not a pleasant experience. Repairs took almost three times as long as I was told it would. During that time, I did not receive a Single phone call. I had to initiate Every conversation. On the second night, I drove by to see if my vehicle was in the repair bays and it was not. It was sitting by itself in the parking lot with the driver’s side window down. When I called the third day, I was told that it had been finished the afternoon before, but no one had called to tell me that, When I asked why, I was told that they could not get in touch with me. There was not a single call registered on my cell phone. I checked the ticket and my correct number was on it. When I got home, I found that the work. although complete, had been very sloppily done. I had to clean it up myself. I won’t be back.

I’ve taken my vehicle to Christian Brothers since they opened. I’ve always had a great experience. They bring me home and pick me up so I don’t have to set there till their finished. I’ll never go anywhere else!

These guys are simply AMAZING! They take the time to listen and then assess and explain clearly the issues your car may be having. The worse thing ever when you have car problems is finding someone you can trust and feel respected by. These guys are all that AND a bag of chips! They have a shuttle service that will take you anywhere you need, home or work or even the Starbucks across the street! The last time I was here they even provided me with a rental car since they had to order parts and I would have been without a car for 4 days.
I really felt they cared about my needs and safety in driving my car.
I would recommend them to anyone who needs anything done to their car.
Mine is a 2006, so car repairs I guess are somewhat inevitable, but still better than a car payment!

They tried to charge me double to triple costs for unnecessary work. I will not be coming back.

I am very pleased with the work I had done today. No AC in Texas for 2 years, I jumped in my car and sat there and giddy laughed for a second. Then I remembered I was an adult and left! They thought of everything, right down to which direction I was leaving towards so when they brought my car up, it would face the way I was driving towards! I already referred them to others. Way to go Spike and crew!

I absolutely love this place! Not only is their entire staff friendly and helpful, I never feel like they are taking advantage of me. Their lobby is AMAZING. Whenever they work on my car I know they are taking great care of it. Well done Christian Brothers Automotive!

Their estimate was over $ 500 more than everyone else and their warranty was less. I guess Christian does not mean honest!

I haven’t been here yet, but plan on it and here are two reasons why. All the guys who work at the nearby Discount Tire off of 1604 take their vehicles their, that tells me something. Also, my car battery died on me this Monday at a Valero, a guy stopped and helped me, gave me a jump and I was able to make it to buy a new battery. His name was Chris and he works at Christian Brothers, what comes around goes around Chris, thanks for your help sir!
