Took my tractor there for repair. What a mistake. Took them 2 weeks to tell me they ordered the parts and it was covered under the warranty. Called them a week later to be told it was done but it wasn’t covered under the warranty. They said they ordered parts, but when I call Husquavarna, Husquavarna never received any parts order from Neighbors for my tractor. That was the first of many lies. Between Sonny and Mark, they couldn’t get their stories strait. Of course when I questioned this, the«owner» Glen disputed everything I said and was extremely rude. He didn’t like the fact that I called husquavarna and had dates and times when they actually did call and what they called for. No wonder the reviews for this business are so similar. DONTGOTHERE. THEYWILLRIPYOUOFF ! The owner is rude and extremely unprofessional.

I like to support local businesses and go to Neighbors only because of convenience. I’ve been treated very rudely on several occasions and my wife refuses to go back because the manager Glen treated her so rudely. The quality of the nursery is high, but so are the prices. If you don’t mind being ignored or treated rudely, they do have high quality plants and products.

I am all about shopping local, but I refuse to go back here. Besides being very expensive, the owner/manager Glen is rude and knows nothing about customer service. Avoid this place.

I stop there for pet supplies and to have my mower’s annual service. The staff is friendly and helpful. The mower shop set realistic time frames for repair and aleays delivers on time.

We went to look for patio furniture & to browse their landscaping/pet products. They supposedly have one of the largest selections of patio furniture, and perhaps they do. But it seemed like they only had five or six styles to chose from, and only one wooden set. We were looking for something teak or eucalyptus like, which they did not have. So we ran down to the landscaping section. They have a great selection of trees and plants and it’s pretty easy to navigate through. Then off to pet products… those are in the main building, and I was glad to see that their prices were ridiculous(our cat’s science diet 17.5 lb bag was $ 15 more there than at the pet store) so we could run back out. The smell in the main building is absolutely noxious. At least at Lowe’s they have enough room that all the nasty smells don’t combine. I’d go back if I was looking for something particular that I knew they carried, but I won’t make a huge effort to go back. We were there almost an hour and not a single employee said hi to us, even though many of them were not helping customers. Part of the reason we try to shop local stores is to support local businesses that provide better service to their community — this store doesn’t seem to. It’s too bad. Maybe it was just a bad day, but they definitely ruined my opinion of them.

A good mom and pop shop for garden and home supplies. You can pick up some different plants there. In addition, they have a great seasonal selection of indoor and outdoor decorations. I actually had friends up in the poconos come all the way down to purchase lawn furniture here. Prices can be steep — esp for the furniture. Nice place, friendly staff.
