My mom’s car was the victim of a hit and run in a parking lot. Lucky’s was recommended by a body shop who did not deal with VWs. The whole process was easy… from getting a replacement car through them, to getting to the whole passenger side of her car being repaired. My mom loves her car, loves the color, loves the special features, and really did not want to get rid of it, even if it is over 10 years old. Lucky’s made it possible for her to keep her car, and have it looking like new! I now know where I will take my car for the body work, and where I will recommend others take their’s!

Lou forced me to pay him $ 1,800 although he haven’t even installed the body pieces or painted all of the pieces and have done a very poor job painting. He have left me with all the body pieces painted with bubbles and demanded that I will pay him $ 1,500 more just to complete the same job.
I basically had no choice but to pay him $ 1,800 to take the car out (since he kept it as hostage) and now I have to find someone else to do the same job. Additionally, he had ruin my battery and the car need some serious detailing since he left the windows open while he done work in his shop and the entire interior is dusty. I would avoid using him. He will give you one price and then ask for double the money!
