Simply THE best! Everyone at Advanced Optics is amazing. From the moment I stepped in the door I felt comfortable and knew I was in the best hands. All of the staff are very kind, knowledgable, and extremely helpful. Dr. Tubiello and Dr. Katie are so friendly and thorough. They took the time to completely explain my eye condition and treatment options. They even took the time to get to know me. So each return trip, for follow up treatment, felt like visiting old friends!
Then came time to pick out glasses. As an insanely indecisive person (and their frame selection is HUGE!), I knew it was going to be a loooong process. But that was NOT the case here! Terry, Rob, and Michelle jumped right in. The helped me pick out styles and gave excellent feedback. They helped me take pictures of myself to truly see the frames on my face. They even did a comparison picture of 2 frames side by side! I may have tried on every single frame they had, but when we were done, I walked out the SAME day with the perfect pair at a great price!
Fast forward a few months, I am watching my students play on the playground when I re-​adjust the glass on my face and they fall off onto the ground! A screw had wiggled lose from the arm causing it to fall off and shatter into pieces. The next day, I arrange for the glasses to be dropped off at the office. Terry and Rob were very apologetic and upset that the glasses had broken already. So much so, that they had the glasses repaired/​replaced within an hour and Terry, himself, hand delivered the glasses back to my workplace! He even fixed the lens that had gotten scratched in the fall to the sidewalk all at zero cost to me! Now THAT is amazing customer service! Advanced Optics has a customer for life!
