Meet the Business Owner

Michelle E.

Business Owner

Michelle is originally from Northern Minnesota, born and raised playing hockey. She grew up visiting Montana at least twice a year to visit her grandparents and always knew she would eventually end up here.

Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from a top-​ranked business school, The University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.

Michelle is certified as a «Senior Professional in Human Resources» by the Human Resource Certification Institute, a Certified Senior Professional by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and has been working in the field of Human Resources since 2007.

Michelle moved to Montana in 2007. She worked for Great Harvest Franchising, Inc. traveling all over the country training and consulting for the openings of new franchises.

In January 2015, she became the new owner of Westaff and is excited to carry on the Nys legacy.
