Welcome to Handworks, a unique collection of a few of our favorite things! We offer handcrafted artisan gifts, including bath and body products, candles, jewelry, pottery, original art, home goods, and much, much more. At Handworks, we pride ourselves on the quality of our hand selected items. We don’t feature anything in the store that we wouldn’t have in our own homes!

We carefully select our merchandise based on quality, function, style, and value. Over half of our inventory features items handcrafted locally in Helena. Many of our items come with a special Southern or regional story, and we’d love to tell that story to you! Whether you’re looking for a beautiful, functional piece for yourself, or a birthday, wedding, or hostess gift for someone else, you’ll find exactly what you’re looking for at Handworks.

Getting ready to tie the knot? We also do bridal registries, parties, and showers. We love our Handworks brides! One of the thrills of this business is seeing the happiness and love that comes with assisting a bride-​to-​be. It is absolutely magical! Whether you want to create a registry or help a couple feather their nest, our friendly staff are here to help.

Handworks has been serving Helena since 2006. We provide unique, handcrafted artisan gifts in a welcoming environment. Our mission is to brighten a day (yours, or someone else’s) by sharing a few of our favorite things! With over nine years of success, we look forward to adding you to our long history of happy customers.

Business Owner

Cathy Campbell originally began selling gifts and handmade items with her friend, Bennett Sellers, in a local mall in Helena in 2005. Their philosophy was simple: don’t sell anything you wouldn’t have in your own home! In 2008, after restoring a historic building downtown (the old Bert’s TV Store, for you Helenians), Cathy expanded her small business to the charming, vintage-​inspired storefront you see today. What started out as a part-​time hobby had become a full-​time business. Today, Handworks continues to welcome customers to historic Helena with a unique shopping experience.
