Horrible service; extremely rude server; tacky décor; 30 minutes to make 2 sandwiches; not knowledgable about inventory; flies in the restaurant; selling store bought desserts with stickers still on the packaging for a higher price; worst customer service I’ve had in the countless times I’ve been to Helen.

Loved this place! In a town rich with heavy German foods this was the perfect stop for a lite German style lunch. Attentive lovely staff, and an owner with a penchant for pics with celebrities. My only complaint, keeping it light, I left no room for the homemade strudel! …Next time
