Starbucks

OMG ! Had to wait a few minutes to get fresh coffee which was fine. However, while standing by the counter waiting I unfortunately had to listen to a conversation between two females that worked there. The young white female continued to cuss dropping the f bomb and other classy words. She apparently went to a bar last night and got into a fight with someone there. She was apparently updating the other worker on the altercation that occurred. The other worker told her to calm down, but I guess the female didn’t care a customer was standing there having to listen to this trash. I thought Starbucks was a fairly classy alternative to my coffee choice, however someone with this company needs to evaluate their staff and choose wisely. You never talk like that in a public setting specially when your working like she was.
Terrible ! This occurred at 655am on Monday morning.

Coffee great, customer service poor, rude no manners, just bad. Very disappointed.

It’s okay. Slow with just two workers there when I checked in. One seemed new and kept having to ask the other for help. But I got my coffee drink… eventually. Same Starbucks quality and consistency… once I received it.

Worst service EVER! 2 ladies working right now are the RUDEST STARBUCKS EMPLOYEES EVER! I ordered an iced mocha and the guy in front of me ordered a WHITE CHOCOLATE ICED MOCHA and they gave both of us one. I told them I didn’t order that and the lady brewing slammed down the WHITE Mocha and said «well that’s what your ordered» I said no it wasn’t and I either want a refund or a new one CORRECT! She and the other lady kept huffing and puffing and finally after THREE MORE customers made me one and AGAIN SLAMMED IT DOWN AND SAID HERE YA GO! R U D E!!! And I am an avid loyal Starbucks connoisseur! Looks like I will be finding my coffee elsewhere in OHIO!!!

I was in the area for a training class for work. I live in Chicago. This was the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to for every reason. The two women that were working there were the laziest, most unfriendly baristas I’ve ever seen at any Starbucks. I was there with 7 other people in my group, all leaving to go back to their four corners of the US and we all agreed how terrible our experience was there.
The place was filthy — the cream and sugar bar had been dirty *for a **very** long time*. We also all noticed the food case had not one, not two, but many, many bugs flying around and sitting on all the pastries. One of my co-​workers ordered a Strawberry Acai and the girl behind the counter didn’t know how to ring it up. She stared at the cash register for about 2 minutes and then FINALLY asked the other girl how to do it. The other girl who was making the drinks shuffled around like she just got out of bed and acted like everything was a problem for her.
There are PLENTY of other places in the airport to get coffee — go to any of them.

I’m not a Starbucks fan, but at 5am in a city I don’t know well it’s a safe place to grab a coffee and a snack. No matter the location Starbucks seems to be consistent and the breakfast sandwich really hit the spot.

Awful service. Baristas didn’t know how to make the new refreshers. Didn’t have the grande size lids. Took 15 min to get our drinks. Happy we arrived early to our flight so we could wait on our drinks.

Service was very good today! They were quick and efficient with my drink order. All in all it took less than five minutes to get my drink!

Painfully slow. Lost our order. Very unorganized. No similar options so we are stuck.

This Starbucks is located inside of Cincinnati/​Northern Kentucky International Airport.
I stopped in here for some caffeine upon arriving at the Airport on my flight inbound from Dulles.
It was around 7:30 pm — ordered a dark roast. It provided the caffeine my brain cells wanted, but it was not as «dark» as I am used to for a Starbucks dark roast.
Service was good.
