History

Established in 1991.

Beginning piano study at age 7, I began my professional career at 18 playing in a country-rock band in Portland, Later I worked as an orchestral pianist for a semi-professional musical theatre company in Portland, Oregon, which led to music direction work, arranging, composing, and audition coaching. I was the first female bandleader for the Delta Queen Steamboat Company, leading the band on the Columbia Queen in 2000 and 2001. Since moving to New York City in 2002, I have earned credits off-Broadway, for major theatre festivals, and performed in nightclubs as well as at Carnegie Hall, as part of a choral performance of Durufle’s Requiem. I also served as music director for several area churches, providing music for services as well as weddings and memorials.

I recently returned to the Oregon Coast, my home town of Hebo, and play with the Lincoln Pops, local theatre groups, rock group H.A.L. and Brenna, as well as several Tillamook churches.
