enhance and improve the quality of life of my clients.

We offer several modalities of manual therapies for stress management and chronic pain.

We offer to the Heber Springs, Arkansas community, a holistic concept of massage therapy, aromatherapy and yoga, to promote health and well-​being.

The session is tailored to the goals and need of each individual, taking in consideration the person needs, experiences, daily chores and lifestyle. Our services has always been characterized by holistic approach to bodywork and to promote healing, facilitate awareness of the mind and body connection.

Meet the Business Owner

Yidzza L.

Business Owner

Yidzza Pou is a Licensed Massage Therapist, licensed to work in Arkansas and Puerto Rico. She started her career back in 2005 in her native island of Puerto Rico. She studied in «Escuela de Masajes ReD» and some seminars at Puerto Rico Massage and Bodywork Institute.

At the beginning, her goal was to learn the relaxation techniques but, as she deepens her knowledge, the scope of practice changed and becomes more pain-​relief centered, therapeutic targeted and holistic in nature.

In order to achieve the desire client goals, she applies several modalities that may include Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Reiki, Reflexology and Hot Stone Massage. She also offers other special therapies such as Pregnancy Massage, Sport Massage, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy and Orthopedic Massage.
