Aspen Appraisal Group has appraised properties in Utah, Idaho, and Arizona. It currently provides Appraisal services in Utah. We offer over 15 years of Appraisal experience, and have a full staff to provide solution to your needs.

Meet the Business Owner

Matt F.

Business Owner

Matt obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Business from Arizona State University in 1996 (Summa Cum Laud). He subsequently became a Financial Advisor with UBS PaineWebber (now UBS) where he learned a great deal of professionalism, and client communication skills. After experiencing September 11, 2001, first hand, he decided to lessen the pressures of Wall Street and became a Real Estate Appraiser. Real Estate Appraising has allowed him to continue his enthusiasm for helping others by providing solutions to their Real Estate problems and needs. When not Appraising, he enjoys movies, mountain and road bicycling, off road motorcycling, Harleys, snowmobiling, skiing, reading, and spending time at home with his family.

As the Principal of Aspen Appraisal Group, he is determined that the group provide excellent customer service with a courteous manner; stellar communications; fast assignment completions; and honest, professional valuation opinions.
