Had foundation problems and when the discussion of legal action came up, they finally stepped up to the plate and made the repairs after several years of issues.
They put in a very cheap pool which they refused to repair after we had put several thousand dollars into it. We will be ripping that out and having someone who knows how to put in a pool replace at our cost.
The net is house is pretty good product and the builder will stand behind it if you are prepared to hire an attorney. Do not let them build your pool however, it is cheap junk.
