This place sure hits the spot-wish it were self serve, but it’s great flavors and the best part is toasted coconut flakes as a topping offering… crispy crunchy and delicious on a cool smooth original tart in 95 degree summer heat! I will return.

not sure what the owners are doing here. my gf and i were driving through and got some froyo. the girl working the counter was on her own and unfamiliar with how to make a basic milkshake. she was also unfamiliar with how much to charge for it. i got charged over $ 8. that’s a pretty penny more than John Travolta’s character in Pulp Fiction would’ve payed. it was an all right one, but not even a $ 5 milkshake, which was the price posted on the menu. anyway, the girl at the counter told us to come back tomorrow and haggle with the owner. it would cost me more than $ 8 in gas to get back there. after reading some of the reviews it’s pretty obvious that the owners do not care about this place or what people have to say about it.

This place is lacking at best. They are organic with limited flavors and toppings. Service was not great, only one overly talkative girl working the counter. Way too pricy for frozen Yogurt.

This fabulous little location is in serious need of a top to bottom cleaning and a makeover. The only reason I give this place one star is for the counter help. Where is that guy from«Bar Rescue» when you need him? Does he do yogurt shops?

This place is pretty cute, and is located in the heart of Healdsburg. We were walking around dowtown during the Holiday ceremony that was taking place… so Healdsburg is packed full of people — WHYONEARTHISTHEREONLYONEGIRLATTHECOUNTER? This is a planned town event, were you not expecting it to get a little busy in there? Anyways, we got in just before the crowd, thankgoodness. Because if I had to wait for what I got, I would have been rather irritated. I purchased a hot chocolate. She upsold me on the idea of peppermint hot coco. But then just handed me a peppermint candy cane to unwrap and put in my own hot chocolate… so basically she upsold me a candy cane? I asked, you don’t crush this bad boy up and swirl it inside or put it on top of whip cream or nada? And she just looked at me dumb-founded and said-not usually, but maybe she could. Or that I could just stir my hot coco with the candy cane and it would melt. So I went that route, which theoretically may have worked, if my hot chocolate was even hot… not luke warm. ICk! On top of that they carried no whip-cream in the building. My baby-sis wanted fro-yo. And that looked ok. She’s not very exciting. She went with the tart, with one topping. I’m not sure how it could have been bad. Prices seemed reasonable I guess. Overall, just an okay place.

Delicious and refreshing treat on the Healdsburg square. The original tart is the best I’ve had! I highly recommend the tart with granola or a bunny pop! Cute décor… perfect place to meet a friend or bring the kids!

Perhaps it is decent for the area, but I was highly disappointed that it came out half-melted. In addition, they do not have the«tart» plain flavor down yet as it reminded us of sour milk. That said, the flavor of the cranberry variety was pretty good, but it just needed to be colder.

Love to stop by Snowbunny when I’m visiting my sis in Cali. Super cute little place(how could it not be with a name like«Snowbunny») with amazing cantaloupe milkshakes that make me crave them when I’m back on the East Coast. They have three standard flavors of froyo, original tart, chocolate and vanilla and a fourth seasonal rotating flavor all of which are organic. They also have these yummy«bunny pops» which are like popsicles where they dip the yogurt in different coatings. I like the lemon and coffee one. I like that they are a full espresso bar and sometimes I pour a shot of espresso over vanilla froyo and find that to be a divine treat. Very clean place and they are very Eco conscious and use only biodegradable spoons etc… Dang, now my mouth is watering for another cantaloupe milkshake.

Came here to cleanse the palate and chill out a bit. If Apple made a yogurt shop, this would be it: clean lines and design, simple, functional menu. I don’t recall what I ate here but I know it was good and that it helped quell the wine overload that always hits around 4PM.

This is bad yogurt. The flavors(and they only have 4) have almost no flavor. The chocolate doesn’t even taste like chocolate! Prices are ridiculous and toppings are 95 cents each. Can you say rip off?! You’re way better off going down to the sweet shop to get gelato.

I think the yogurt here is ok, not bad, but not yogurt farms… BUT, as a sort of foodie, I always like tasting things that are out of the ordinary, or weird or strange, and this place has the most out of the ordinary yogurt I have encountered ever. Flor de sel yogurt. Vanilla frozen yogurt, topped with the«flower of the salt» sea salt crystals, and a very heavy, strong flavored olive oil. Initially, it was hard for me to get past the olive oil part, because even just the SMELL was strong, but once I mixed it all together, it was devine! The sea salt added a delightful crunch, and the combo made a very caramel-y taste. I could even see this being good with a chocolate yogurt, because the salt and the olive oil are both very dominant flavors. Yum. Way to think out of the cone/cup! I think this yogurt really reflects the atmosphere of Sonoma Co., and I’ll definitely come back and have another serving!

WOW!!! Snowbunny is literally one of a kind which is unfortunate. I wish they had a store in my neighborhood. I liked everything about this store. We happened to randomly stop here when we were out and about in Healdsburg and we needed a place to hang out a bit and stay dry. The décor is very simplistic and clean. They have froyo, cannolis and drinks. I saw this little gizmo that had something swirling inside and I am glad I asked the girl who worked here what that was. It ended up being something called Sipping Chocolate which should be called Heaven on Earth. It reminded me of the drink that Starbucks had for a while called Chantico which they discontinued much to my chagrin. Well, this is much better. Their chocolate froyo was amazing too. The girl who worked here was super sweet and told us about the store and how they usually do special flavors etc based on the season. Everything here is organic and their chocolate and vanilla comes from Italy! YUMMY.

Some of the coldest fro-yo I’ve ever had. Funny since as I was talking about potential brain freeze, I saw my dad put his hand to his forehead as he experienced it at the very same moment. Fro-yo was good… the server wasn’t the warmest or most outgoing, but she got the job done. Loved Rosie W’s comment about this place being staffed by disaffected local youth… LOL Even my dad picked up on it and as we left, he complained in Japanese that we didn’t even get a thank you and good bye. At that very moment, we did. :) The two of them each had a medium cup of fro-yo and I had a small waffle cone of fro-yo. None of us wanted toppings this time and the bill came out to about $ 14.15 or so. My dad and I each had the vanilla while she had the chocolate. As I sat down, I kicked myself for not perusing the specials board which advertised Cannoli. I guess per the Godfather, I took the cone, but left the cannoli. Had seen Lolia S’s review for this place as I researched where to get fro-yo in the area for my dad this morning before we left the house(hello Fro-yo girl!) so that we would know where to get him some along the way. BTW, she was right… that truly is the loudest hand dryer ever! Cute bunny logo… almost looks Japanese. BTW, looked for the free filtered water and saw the container, but it was unfilled and empty, not that I wanted any. Lastly, my dad thought the cups for the fro-yo were a waste as they were a little too nice, but I pointed out to him that it said compostable or highly compostable on the side. All in all, if you’re on the square and craving fro-yo…this is the place.

This is honestly one of my favorite yogurt places. The tart is always amazing and the toppings are nice without being too sweet. Yogurt that is too sweet always kills me, but Snowbunny has found the perfect level of sweetness as to avoid being overpowering but still have a bit of flavor. Usually, I’ll end up getting a shake with original tart and some fruit(strawberry or blueberry). This has become a thing for me when I go to Healdsburg.

Cute-a-loot spot. Girly-meets-modern décor. Staffed by disaffected local youth, but that’s no big deal. Find me a frozen treat shop that ain’t. What is it about GED kids and ice cream? It’s a riddle for the ages. But what I looove about Snowbunny is that they have an unsweetened plain flavor, called original tart. Add berries and enjoy refreshing perfection for about 100 calories. Yeah, that’s what I said, son! That’s less calories than you get in a large apple… Less than in one teaspoon of granola… Less than a in thimbleful of cheddar cheese… You get me. It’s low. I want to snarf this chilly deliciousness every day, so I was crestfallen to find out this is their only location. Snowbunny: please hop down to San Francisco and open up another spot. Lickety split! Minus one star for the bizarre bathroom token situation. This strange policy not only clashes with their cuddly bunny vibe, to someone who lives in San Francisco(aka, the internationally-recognized scary bathroom capital of the WORLD), it’s downright absurd. This is Healdsburg Square, not a bus station. I didn’t see a lot of hookers or junkies or gangbangers perusing the overpriced shops and swank-a-dank restaurants, say sipping an earthy Pinot or shopping for turquoise belt buckles. If someone sneaks their four year old in here to take a pee, is it really that bad? Because for me, having to interrupt the aforementioned bored, slouchy adolescent staff to get said token was one interaction too many. Overkill, bunny! OVERkill. I’ll go back for the yogurt, but probably not to pee.

I have to admit that Snowbunny is not my favorite yogurt shop in the area. I understand that the yogurt is pretty healthy and organic. However, I enjoy variety. I don’t need a major collection of choices, but Snowbunny offers only original tart, chocolate, vanilla, and one rotating weekly flavor. As for the toppings, I did not feel that they met my expectations. Like the yogurt, the toppings are free from artificial ingredients, high fructose corn syrup and hydrogenated oils. If I’m going to add candies to my yogurt, I’ve already decided it doesn’t have to be the healthiest. The Oreos tasted stale, and the peanut butter cups tasted like straight milk chocolate. I need some more peanut butter! Clueless of the health-factor of this place, I was let down. For someone who is very concerned about the ingredients of their yogurt, this is the place for you! You can get yogurt and be healthy about it. On the other hand, if I’m going to eat yogurt at all, I want it to be the good stuff. I’d rather have really good yogurt with a few extra calories than super healthy yogurt that just doesn’t quite do it for me. Also, the set up of the place did not make me want to sit and eat inside. Luckily, Snowbunny is located in central Healdsburg, so you can walk around or sit on a bench in the square. Great location!

Very cute place — the bunnies on the sign and the walls will definitely grab the attention of any girl or child. The yoghurt is pretty good as well — I got the chocolate flavour, which had a smooth rich chocolate taste but lacking the yoghurt taste that I have come to expect in good frozen yoghurt. However, the toasted coconut is amazing. Freshly toasted and flavourful. Definitely some place I hope I have near where I live.
