Brandau’s Edgeworks is owned and operated by Jim and John Brandau. We are a family owned company with more than twenty-​eight years in the cutlery industry. The Brandau’s have been sharpening knives for restaurants, residents, and other businesses in the Healdsburg area since 1993. Our clients include: Scopa, Campo Fina, Bear Republic Brewery, Relish Culinary Adventures, Healdsburg School District, and many more.

Business Owner

John Brandau grew up in Healdsburg California. Apprenticing for years with his father Jim, he learned the art of sharpening from an industry professional. He continues the family tradition of knife sharpening and cutlery sales in the Healdsburg area for restaurants, residents and other local businesses.
