History

Established in 1998.

Designstruct, Inc. evolved from the inspiration from clientele of the design firm of McCann-​Dumont and Associates, Inc., which began in a basement with two drafting tables. Founded by its principals in 1998, Designstruct, Inc. was created to complete the build component of the project process. Designstruct pairs creative design solutions with cost-​effective construction services for a variety of contract project types and sizes.

Motivated by creating customer value and the concept of providing a contiguous design-​build experience, Designstruct, Inc. combines responsive in-​house design with seasoned project management and supervision capabilities. The fusion of these principals delivers efficient, cost effective project solutions and services. As a result, Designstruct, Inc. clientele includes retail/​facility managers, franchisees, building landlords/​tenants, restaurant/​bar operators, municipalities, interior designers, real estate agents and building owners.
