I actually had a good experience with this company. My boss wanted to do a last minute surprise for his wedding anniversary and I was able to book a limo for the day no problem with Paul.
Paul was understanding that this was all a surprise and I was going to e-​mail him the location of all the spots he wanted to take his wife. Paul had no issues at all and was very helpful. They offer red carpet, balloons, banners, and pom poms for free. I thought that was a nice touch.
The driver, Johnny, was very understanding. He drove down the street and parked his limo to hide for over a hour until my boss & his wife were ready. He did not seem to mind the delay and was cleanly dressed and friendly.
My boss is a picky man but, It’s been almost 6 hrs he has been in the limo and there does not seem to be any issues. So, I am assuming everything is going well!
Prices were not bad for 8hr limo service. I thought they were fair and the limos are clean and updated.
Will keep him in mind in the future.

I called for a quote and later called with more questions. The owner got an attitude and decided to yell and say how great his rates were. I hung up and he decided to text me calling me a «NASTY H#)!» Get Jesus in your life and get over it.

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. If all that happened was the owner blowing up my phone at 9:30, in the middle of my wedding, to tell me that the car we ordered had a mechanical issue, it would be one thing. Not that I believe him at all, considering the terrible reviews and comments about cars being switched, which can be found all over the internet. No, the biggest reason to never do business with this company is due to how rude and unprofessional the owner, Paul is. Of course I was upset that the car I specifically sought out for my wedding, the ’52 Cadillac, was suddenly «broken down» at 9:30 at night. Paul met my disappointment and anger by completely blowing up, screaming at me, acting incredibly condescending, rude, and unprofessional. I have never been treated that way by anyone in business, much less when I am the client paying hundreds of dollars. Don’t believe me? Read the rest of the reviews on here which describe Paul treating other customers exactly the same way. I emailed Paul after the wedding, and nicely asked him to make this right in any way he felt he should. Zero response. Not a shock. Terrible company with a terrible owner.

We used this limo service for our wedding in July of 2013. To say the least they were RUDE I called to tell the manager the driver could come a little late because we were running behind schedule all I was able to get out of my mouth was «hello I was calling to see if the driver left yet because» and I was screamed at «tell me the damn time he was supposed to be there so I can fuckn check it out» then I discovered that outside the driver was also yelling at my maid of honor not how I wished to be treated on my wedding day! I wouldn’t recommend using this company, I was already over looking the fact that my payment history had been lost and I had to sit in a hot office and watch a man sweat into a cell phone calling to ask someone else where the papers were for about thirty minutes.

My group was overcharged $ 100, the CD player broke within 10 minutes of being on the bus, and the driver got lost on the way to a bar and pulled over to ask us for directions. Cherry on top, the bus broke down on the side of the road at 2 in the morning. It took us 2 hours to get home after that.
The reason I’m writing isn’t because of those reasons, though — the absolute WORST is how unprofessional and rude this company was in responding to our issues. My sisters and I (who arranged for the party bus) are an understanding bunch, but had the business owner yelling and blaming our party for the issues that occurred when it simply had nothing to do with us. Why get so defensive?!
A huge mess followed, with the company eventually saying they’d give us a partial refund — which never showed up, until we filed against them. I know the owner will respond to this review angrily claiming false accusations, but seriously: don’t go here.

If your smart, you should never do business with this company. I had to given them my credit card number to hold my reservation. I paid the driver cash but later found out the company also ran my card for $ 100. I called and spoke with the owner and he refused to refund my money back and was screaming and swearing. Not only was I over charged but the limo was in bad condition; no air conditioning, windows would go down but not up, electrical problem, radio issues, seats not level, molding coming off the side of the car, driver 20 minutes late.
DON’T USE THIS LIMO SERVICE!
