T &T Cleaning Service

No show three times after scheduling via email. I bought their 3 hour groupon. The phone calls always go to voicemail. I have never talked to an individual. I have rescheduled thrice in 3 months. I will be calling groupon to cancel and block the vendor. Total scam!

Too bad I didn’t read these reviews first before trying to get these people to clean my apartment. Getting ahold of these people is nearly impossible, but I eventually got through and made an appointment. Later, someone from the company called back saying she couldn’t make the appointment because her mother was sick, so I rescheduled for a week later. No show. I called and the guy said he could not raised the technicians on their CB (apparently they haven’t heard of cell phones). Delay after delay and finally I cleaned the place myself.
Thieves and scam artists. They get their Groupon money and do nothing but play phone tag until the customer gives up. What a business plan.
I’d give them a negative-​five stars if that was an option.

Ditto with the other reviews — bought a Groupon and can’t get the company to return our calls or emails. I’ll try to get a refund from Groupon.
I was shocked to see at the top of this Unilocal listing, however, that Unilocal Deals has a voucher for sale for this place! Don’t they read the reviews on their own site?

Same terrible luck with the Groupon as everyone else. Called and left 2 messages, tried making an appointment online.
When I tried making the appointment online I didn’t specify I had the Groupon voucher. They replied back within 2 hours asking if I was going to use a coupon! When I responded that I would be using my Groupon, they didn’t respond back. Sounds like they’re weeding out anyone with coupons.
Check the Better Business Bureau website on these a-​holes, they’re in violation for using the BBB logo on their website without BBB accreditation.
Would be nice if the rating scale included: SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! because that’s exactly what this company is all about. Stay away!
I called Groupon and they refunded my money.

Impossibly rude. Have been trying to reschedule appointment after no one showed up, no one called, no one responded to the fact no one came for weeks. This rescheduling process is now three months in. They don’t respond to calls, emails, or faxes. Horrible.

This is the worst cleaning service I have ever dealt with. They left after 90 minutes for for a 3-​hour appointment. They did not move a single piece of furniture, and tried to get out of cleaning the tub until I pointed it out and insisted. I had to spend almost an hour cleaning when I returned home. PLUS, the spilled cleaner on my couch, which left bleach mark!!! Avoid them at all costs.
Groupon should be embarrassed for being associated with this company.

No show, don’t return calls, and lies in emails
Like others, I brought Groupon for their service. Taking appointment via email seemed very convenient way at first. I got the initial response and confirmed for my ask date and time with in 24 hours. Since I booked it two months out, I sent another email 5 days prior to double check since I had a «no show» experience with another Groupon cleaning purchase. They emailed couple days after and stated that my appointment was confirmed. BUT in the end no show and no call.

These people are thieves. No call, no show, no answering of my phone calls. After missing an appointment, they finally called back days later to reschedule, and they didn’t show up then either. Do not do business with these crooks.

The only reason I have given a 1 star is because I cannot give them 0 stars.
Beware of this company — they are big time cheats! Bought a groupon for 3 hours of cleaning. Setting up an appt is a nightmare. Nobody answers calls or returns them. They reply only via email — they reply to emails only once a week. Its like a big joke!
Anyway scheduled an appt after trying for a month for 3:30 pm on a Monday. I came home early from work, because I wanted to be there when they were cleaning. They were a no-​show! Didnt call to re-​schedule or apologize or anything. This is a scam! I lost 2 hours of work because of these people.
I am surely going to call Groupon and complain! Their service is non-​existent! — memorize their name and NEVER EVER buy a groupon or use them for your services!!!

I swear if I could them ½ a star I would. This is the most unprofessional business I’ve ever worked with. A huge headache because I thought I’d found a great deal on Groupon. This company is a scam! They didnt honor the 3hr cleaning I
paid for saying they were sending 2 people & it would take 1.5 hr. My Groupon said a crew would come. The last time I checked a crew meant more than one person. He claimed the Groupon was wrong. Foolishness.
I complained to Groupon after hearing about them cutting the time in half. They agreed it was misleading & offered a refund. I’d only paid $ 39 & really needed this place cleaned before I rented it again. I decided to schedule an appt. anyway because I didn’t have the time or energy to find another cleaner.
After scheduling my appt. I receive a call 2 days before telling me they made a mistake & couldn’t come Friday. The guy said he had something important to do that morning. Ummm… is this company a 2 person crew? I complained & said I was willing to do Sat. He said next week would be better. Not happening. He later called & said someone cancelled & Sat. afternoon was ok. I had a bad feeling & called 2hrs before the appt. to confirm I’d be at the unit & to call if anything changed. I heard nothing. In the end, I waited 30min & they never showed up. I called 5x while waiting. Nothing. Did I mention it was over 80 degrees & St. Patrick’s Day? Nah, that probably had nothing to do with it. These are professionals…
I really hope they go out of business. I have another friend who bought the Groupon but she got her money back after the 1.5 hr scam. I even told the guy I read a bad review he said Unilocal only post bad reviews to non paying businesses. Alrighty then. If you bought a Groupon, get a refund, I know I am now.

I too bought the Groupon for T&T. They no-​showed my appointment, with no one answering the phone when I called about it. When I rescheduled via email and someone called to confirm the second appointment, they nonchalantly told me I had to pay a mandatory 18% gratuity on the regular fee for the service (an additional $ 25 at time of service). They indicated this mandatory gratuity was in the fine print of the Groupon arrangement, which it is not. SHADY. I cancelled the appointment and will not do business with them.

After buying the GroupOn, we really struggled getting in contact with them. After they finally responded, they came and cleaned for an hour and a half versus the three hours they’re supposed to do. They did an OK job. There was a man and a woman. The woman was nice and seemed to really work at some bathroom stains and was very polite. The guy seemed to do the bare minimum. I wouldn’t use them again, but they weren’t the disaster I thought they might be after reading the reviews after I bought the GroupOn. Lesson learned…

Contacted T&T to reschedule their no-​show for the 3 Hour Groupon. The Cleaner arrived at 7:45am this morning, even though the appointment was scheduled & confirmed for 8am. Asked for the stove, bathroom sink, toilet, tub & floors throughout to be cleaned. Cleaning was very light at best like everything was just wiped down & the Cleaner left 45 minutes early. I’ll be scrubbing everything this afternoon. Waste of my time again.

Complete no show. We booked them a few weeks ago for a cleaning, confirmed the appointment by email and they never showed up. Hopefully in the future groupon will make us whole on this.
