Ray (the owner) is a really nice guy and extremely accommodating. Always willing to drop what he’s doing, work on my family’s cars, and order parts immediately. Additionally, Ray is extremely well-​liked by the local community as he goes out of his way to make local tenants in the business park feel like he is apart of his family.
After I wrote the initial review, Ray walked over and explained the entire situation. He made me felt really assured that he valued my safety over his need for payment. Additionally, Ray offered to give a payment plan if I was extremely dissatisfied only to cover the hard costs.
Also, as a last point to ensure that Ray has done awesome work. He has even gone out of his way multiple times to diagnose and fix multiple common issues at cost without including a fee for himself. Now, I don’t expect this at all (nor should any normal customer expect this) but it just goes to show how much he values his work, his clients, and the relationships that he’s developed over the years.
