After my accountant retired their customer list was sold to this company. I tried to work with them for 2 – 3 years. It was a terrible experience.
They lost all the previous years tax return information and had to start from scratch. They billed me for training hours and for hours required to catch up from my previous accountant!
The final straw was when I discovered a large mistake in my inventory numbers that caused me to over pay my taxes. I do my own accounting, so all they were doing was reading my P&L and balance sheets to make the correct IRS entries. I had a new accountant review my previous returns, make all the amendments and get my due refund.
End of story.
