I’m so happy I avoided this place, they keep getting 1 star review. This place seems like hell!

If you work anytime past 10 pm don’t count on ever doing laundry. Apartment is now managed by Conam and they lock ALL laundry rooms at 10 pm! They even installed new deadbolts on all the laundry rooms. They probably will say that this is for safety — that goes to show you the kind of neighborhood you’re thinking of moving into. As you also see in the most recent reviews, the complex has been turning off the water recently (more than 3 times in the last few weeks) with NO NOTICE. Mind you this is illegal unless of emergencies which I doubt happened for all 3 times. With FPI out it looks like even a more incompetent staff moved in. Good grief .
Update ⁰²⁄₂₃: It is 12:24 am — water has been off for an «emergency» since at least 4 pm on ⁰²⁄₂₂. I’ve circled the complex many times this evening and have not seen anyone working on the water. How does management expect anyone to live — shower, cook, use the bathroom. Notice was given maybe 1 hr in advance. This is the 4^th time water has been off in just a few weeks. The 1 hr notice is at least an improvement but they need to provide more notice and a back up for residents. I don’t have kids but I can just imagine the parents pain right now. Hopefully it’s turned on by the morning. Otherwise complaints are headed to the housing authorities. It’s a basic tenant right to hot water — or any water for that matter.

This place is awful … And it gets worse and worse … No water again !!! And I swear I never see people working on it. Don’t move here

No water again? You have got to be kidding me! People, the reviews here are all true. Please look somewhere else. If you like to shower and brush your teeth or flush your toilet, do not live here.

I had really high hopes for this apartment complex when I moved in. The manager at the time Tim did a great job walking me around the complex and discuss the amenities that are included with the lease which definitely pleased me. The apartment complex itself is a great, newly renovated area, but looks can be deceiving. The customer service is terrible. Here are the huge factors that made me be nostalgic that my lease is ending within the next month:
1) The second month of my rent, I submitted my rent via their online website and the it stated that it was complete. I received a confirmation email stating that my payment went through so I thought everything was fine an dandy… however, it wasn’t. Apparently a week later I get a notification on my door stating to pay rent or get out. AND THEY SLAPPED ON A $ 200 LATE FEE! After talking to the newly hired manager (since Tim was no longer with The Bridge Apartments, that was fast) all she said was, «Oh sorry, our website wasn’t completing rental payments.» I showed her the confirmation that I made the payment on time, and no one even bothered to call me to tell me they were having a system errors and they refused to remove the late fee. REALLY!!!
2) My apartment was infested with fleas (even though I do not have a pet) since it is a pet friendly community and they might have jumped on me while I was outside. That took another 2 week for them to send out an exterminator. However, that just meant I continued to get eaten and had a lot of scars on my legs and arms. I even showed the manager at the time pictures of all my bites and scars, yet they did not care.
3) Management never answers their phone calls or returns phone calls
4)The last thing that occurred is that they TOWED MY CAR FROM MY OWN PARKING SPOT since the sticker was not visible. I spoke to the manager Lidia Zaragoza and she was not a help at all. Completely did not care about customer service, she stated that they sent out notices (VIA STICKER TAPED ON THE DOOR OF YOUR APT) that cars can be towed even in your ASSIGNED PARKING SPOT without notice. THATS B.S. They clearly have a record of what car should be in the spot but they did not care. What upset me the most is that I took pictures of more than 15 different cars, not even in assigned paid for parking clearly without a sticker and they DID NOT GET TOWED. Now I have to escalate this to the regional manager because they are trying to charged me $ 400 to take my car out of the towing lot even though it was parked in my own assigned parking spot.
I cannot wait to put my 30 day notice in with a smile. If there can be negative stars, this management team would definitely have it.

So I just noticed that you guys can’t find many people on file. Also your responses are condescending. If I remember correctly you guy couldn’t even send us our rent bills correctly. I was treated poorly just for asking how much the rent was this month. I try to be nice and polite. Some apartments here are nice but mine is not. They have inspected my apartment and acted as if we were being judged. Sad thing is we have it in better condition then we got it. Reading all the recent reviews I see I’m not the only one. I still can’t believe you told my wife to upgrade this place with our own money. If you don’t have a good response or it’s going to come out condescending then keep your response to your self.

Why shut off the water from 1−4pm and not earlier?
In their notice of the water shutdown (posted on my door ONE day before), there is no emergency contact phone number and no one in the front office to show face.

The reason I’m writing a review is because the office does not pick up their phone. I see they respond quicker online for their Unilocal reviews then in real life so here’s the honest truth about this place.
Office doesn’t pick up phones even during office hours. I’ve gone to the office before but u can only speak to the poor people who have to take the blows for their bosses. The secretaries can’t help your problem but can’t let u speak to the boss cause they aren’t in.
Walls are paper thin. Don’t live by the playground /​pool if u don’t want to hear kids screaming from 3 til 7 – 8 o’clock at night and all day on weekends… can’t wait for summer when kids are out all the time.
I can hear people’s conversations when parking their car from my bedroom. I can hear every car that zooms by, plane that flies overhead, every time the back gate opens, not to mention when my neighbor is in their bathroom because of the loud air vent associated with the light switch. Biggest issue I have is the noise. Oh and the train that toots it’s horn at 7 am for sooooooo long.
People dump their trash in the playground area, normally I’d call that a tenant issue but when the dumpsters are all filled and overflowing I don’t blame them. So happy I pay a 25 dollar trash fee every month to live by smelly overflown dumpsters.
We pay all utilities plus a trash fee (…see above) and sewer fee and admin fee (haha) and 35 for extra parking. That’s an extra hundred a month we didn’t factor in.
Apartments are spacious. Best we saw in area for price range. But this is the Bay Area, they can charge what they want because people are moving here and will fill these homes.
Thankfully have not experienced loud parties at night but read on reviews that they’re fairly common due to college students living here. All the college kids by me are very nice and quiet. I smell the weed but they’re quiet so I don’t mind.
The main issue that everyone is having at our apartment is lack of communication. I did not receive a notice that new management took over. And what is the number to reach security after hours? Is there even security anymore? And u can’t leave voicemails on the phone after hours– u need an extension so that must be secret code that low lifes like us tenants don’t know.
Recently, They started leaving notices on our door that water would be turned off from 1 – 4 today. It is currently 730pm. No water. No one to contact because the office is closed. And it’s Friday… The better way to handle this is to notify your tenants that they are fixing a problem (understandable, things happen) and to knock on doors and say hey we’re trying to fix a big water issue… or update your website… some way to notify tenants of the status of such an important issue. But nope. We’re just left in the dark paying 2500 a month with no water on a Friday night, Prob the whole weekend.
Also, your professionalism goes way up if you simply knock when u leave the notice. That way if people have questions u can answer questions right away since you’re already there face to face but don’t worry I know you won’t do that.
Again, I would love to give them some slack on things. Some things they can’t fix like paper thin walls and kids running wild without parent supervision but these are things Unilocal readers need to know before signing (and to see your actual apartment, not the model before signing. We pushed to see our actual apartment and were not surprised when we got into our place) But the office /​management needs to start running this place with their tenants in mind and not just to make the big money.
And tell us when our water will be turned back on??? Or there’s gonna be a lot of stinky people showing up at your office on Monday!!!
And one car with its loud muffler sits in the lot, idling for 15 minutes before finally leaving. I can’t hear my tv with your stupid dump of a car.

Only been living here for a month and we’ve already had a ton of problems. First, one of our windows had an issue and in a month that hasn’t been fixed. Second, 2 days after we moved in they had a notice to enter our unit to show it to another buyer. They didn’t even have the decency to give us time to get our things situated and have the place cleaned. Third, the unit we are in smells like cigarettes and we’ve tried everything we can think of to get it out but nothing works. Finally, today they issued a notice to the tenants saying they were going to turn off the water from 1 to 4pm. It is now almost 7pm and they are closed for the day and most importantly, THE WATER IS STILL OFF! Pretty sure it will be all night. Between these things and the fact that we still haven’t gotten the work orders that we put in on day 1 fixed yet, and because we still haven’t even received all of our amenities keys for both me and my wife yet, I can’t recommend this place to anyone.
Don’t let the pretty pictures or the one model they have fool you. The actual units are not as nice inside and their maintenance scheduling or lack thereof is atrocious. Already planning to move out when our lease is up. Maybe sooner if this keeps up.

I’m SO livid. I don’t know what the hell is going on with this apartment complex. I’ve been here about 3 years, maybe 4 I dunno. And the management has changed 3 times. 3 TIMES! And it gets worse every time.
1) maintenance.
Let me be clear. It’s NOT the maintenance guys. They are super chill and nice.
It’s the office not relaying the information to the maintenance.
I had a list of crap that needed to be fixed when I moved in! A LIST GUYS.
So unnecessary.
I need new linoleum. I need the carpet cleaned. I need the rust in the bathroom fixed. My cabinets are falling apart and they never fixed it like they said they would. And now one of the toilets in my apartment is flushing high and I asked them to fix it. They never came. They don’t even hold a record of things I’ve asked them to fix, so it’s like I never said anything, although I guarantee you I’ve gone down to ask more than 5 times. I gave up. They don’t fix anything.
My water heater turned off unexpectedly on Labor Day, my husband and I BOTH went down to the office to ask to have it fixed. 2 days went by and we still had cold water. I called the office, they said there’s have someone come fix it. I WAITED AT HOME ALL DAY. Nobody came. 2 more days went by with ice cold water. Finally I went down to the office a 3^rd time and told them I’ve been without hot water for 4 FREAKING DAYS! And they didn’t even care. So carelessly they called maintenance and had him come up right away to relight the pilot on the water heater. It took 2 minutes. 4 days of cold water for something that could’ve been fixed in 2 minutes. And the kick in the pants? The maintenance guy told me that he was there on Labor Day so he would have come right up THAT DAY IT WENT OUT, and fixed it immediately. I just about put my head through a wall. I was so pissed. at the office.
2) SPIDERS.
I’ve asked since DAY ONE for them to spray. Nothing. And since they don’t hold records, of course it seems like this is a new problem and I’ll be surprised if anyone gets back to me about this.
I’ll be even more surprised if they actually come spray. The spiders are out of control. In the spring and summer, I wake up to 2 – 3 spiders in every corner of the apartment. I am arachnaphobic. This is traumatizing for me. But that’s fine if nobody cares. I understand that I’ll never be totally away from spiders but at least someone could make an effort to spray so I have less spiders.
3) notices.
They never notify on time for anything. They don’t send out emails. They just post one pos paper on your door that blows off in the wind. They didn’t notify that the water was going to be turned off January 21^st 2016, and again, January 22^nd 2016. FOR HOURS! they didn’t send any type of notice. I called, I got the answering machine. Nobody has gotten back to me. Nobody has notified me when the water will be back on.
And of course I’ll still have to pay full rent and full utilities. No apology, no discount. So incredibly unprofessional.
4) rent
The rent just keeps going up.
I don’t even think it’s legal to be raising the rent as many times a year as they do. It’s ridiculous. When I first moved it, I payed $ 1800, now I’m paying $ 2100.
THATS MORTGAGE PRICES!!!

5) community
My neighbors slam the doors in their apartment so hard that it shakes my entire apartment. Dishes fall because of it.
I wake up in the middle of the night because they slam the doors so hard.
They’re always smoking weed and comes into my apartment and makes everything stink.
Everyone lets their dogs poop everywhere and never clean it up. The groundskeepers don’t wash it off the sidewalks. It’s so annoying to come home after work and school and just step in hot dog sh*t.
People don’t understand the quiet hours part of the contract. People are always out yelling, screaming, fighting, crying, wailing, being annoying.
They actually put quiet hours later so now it starts at 10:00pm, probably because they can’t control the community.
I’m so done with this apartment complex. I can’t wait till the day I’m out of here and I don’t have to deal with this bullshit.

Still waiting for my security refund and it’s been more than a month! I emailed and called you guys no reply.
What’s going on? I heard this is under new management, so what?!

The 1 star rating is only for the customer service we’ve received from the staff that unfortunately was all let go when new management took over recently.
My fiancée and I moved into this place back in Aug 2012 based on what we were shown when we first came to look at it. We were shown a model apartment that had been renovated with all new appliances, granite counter tops, hard wood floors and new cabinetry. We were told all of the apartments were being upgraded like it. The day we moved in we were given an apartment that had no renovations done. The apartment we were moved into has «chewed up» cabinets, cheap stained carpeting, 25+yr old appliances, cheap laminate counters, mold on the window sills, moisture in the windows… you name it the place is not nearly worth the $ 1723/​month rent we pay. We’ve lived here for 3yrs, because we want our next move to be our final move into a home of our own, to see the name change and management and grounds change but, nothing changed in the apartments, with rowdy loud tenants or security.
The guest parking is horrible. We pay $ 20/​mnth for an extra pass yet half the time can’t find a spot and have to park on the street. We pay $ 50/​mnth pet rent that doesn’t make any sense at all. I can understand pet deposit but, pet rent really??? Doesn’t our rent cover kids and pets? Also rent is raised $ 100+ each year it’s time to renew the lease.
How can you say it’s a secured complex when the majority of the time the entrance gates are open or broken, homeless people come in to go through trash/​recycling and motorcycles/​cars are stolen or broken into.
We get notices all the time to enter and do inspections yet nothing is changed or improved. Prime example… our carpet was coming apart under our bedroom door and the track between the kitchen area… they only came to clean and repair the carpet NOT replace it or change it to hardwood flooring. One part they patched doesn’t even match the rest of the carpet. We told them about the mold on our windows and all they do is clean them with a mix of bleach/​water… guess what… the mold comes back.
What good is security when you can’t reach them or they do nothing to help break up a loud rowdy party going on in the middle of the night or help to get a vehicle out of YOUR assigned parking space.
Forget trying to sleep in when the gardeners show up early with their loud equipment. If they paid half as much attention to the apartments and tenants as they do to the grounds this place would probably see some much needed improvements.
This place can’t even be called ghetto fabulous, it is just ghetto! People drive through all hours of the night with music bumping so loud you can hear it through closed doors/​windows and over the TV. Then there are the loud cars with owners who think revving the hell out of them helps them to warm up faster. The park for kids is always dirty and full of trash. The bathrooms in the pool area are disgusting. The pools aren’t heated. The spa jets often don’t work. Also the lighting in the pool area doesn’t work so people loiter in the pool area late at night drinking, smoking weed and being loud. There are also many stray abandoned feral cats around the complex.
If you are looking for a quiet, secure, friendly, peaceful or kid friendly place this isn’t the place for you. Look elsewhere and save yourself a lot of unnecessary stress!!!
Fingers crossed we are able to move out when our lease is up this year because we just can’t take anymore. It’s gotten worse and worse every year since we moved in.

Updating my review after about 3 weeks. Unfortunately I had to lower it down to 1 star now! Like I have complained before, there are still many cars in the open parking spots without a valid sticker and yes if you pay the $ 20/​month, you still wont be able to get a spot.
Also try calling the security patrol number (by calling the main line and selecting the option, after 8pm), see if you can reach them. Oh yes, you don’t have to be a resident to try it out, rather you should try it before deciding whether to move in or not! And you would see that the security patrol number is just a dead line!
There was an incident recently where in broad day light «couple of the tenants/​neighbors» were fighting and a person took a stone and smashed the windshield of a car parked in the car port. The most worrying part is that there were other cars parked right next to it and yu can clearly see the glasses smashed on the floor. So yes, if you are thinking, you can come home one day and see that your car is smashed because some other people have been fighting!!! Unfortunately when I contacted the office I was told that they didn’t know which apartment tenants caused the issue. But hold on 1 sec, the car that was smashed was in a numbered parking spot and also there were cops who came later on and I HAVE NO IDEA how they can say they didn’t know which apartment it was!
Anyway, we got a letter recently they said the management changed but I am not so sure about how much of a change that would bring. I am still debating which one is the worse, the neighbors or the tenants???

PART 2: I definitely want to move out of this place after not even THREE months of living here. I can’t call to get a car towed for parking in my spot because the management didn’t give the security company permits for today (guest or tow permits) so now the ONE thing that I have no complaints about at this complex is taken from me. Lovely. And of course I cannot have the car towed because the tow company needs authorization from either management (who is unreachable after 6pm) or security (already discussed that one). Should have taken the omen I saw on move in day more seriously. When you see shit festering in the master toilet when u are inspecting your apartment on move in day: DONT MOVE IN.
The security thing is and will always be an ongoing issue with this place regardless of what the management forgets to do (don’t count on them for ANYTHING). They are a bunch of rude lazy rent a cops. Tow happy and utterly disrespectful and useless. You can find them on any given night located near their patrol vehicle. ALL 3 of them: NOT PATROLLING. And when u call for them, they act as if YOU inconvenience them… Sorry for making you do your job… This apartment complex is so bad is every aspect I had to write two posts just to include everything. Don’t worry, this post will be updated as their insufficiencies mount. Trust me, there will be A LOT MORE.
Don’t bother calling the management to complain… They will hang up in ur face. I have spoken angrily before to many companies about crappy service, and they managed to turn around the conversation on a positive note. THIS place, lets numerous complaints build up without even lifting a finger to fix anything. Then when you call in ur frustrations (if they even answer) they act like they are doing YOU a favor… Especially Camille in the front office. I pay over priced rent, the apartment looks like shit and things break VERY easily. DO NOT LIVE HERE! All the positive reviews on here are probably from paid people and staff. Because everyone I meet is completely dissatisfied with this place. EVERY ONE…

I had extremely high hopes for The Bridge, in terms of the overall property, and the level of customer service. The property itself is gorgeous, and so I have not been let down there. I have however, been more than disappointed with the customer service and when it comes time for me to move, it will be because of the lack of good, or even decent customer service, and not because of the property itself.
The first time we came to view the property, Marquette I believe is his name, was amazing to us. He was friendly, smiling, and engaged us, and more importantly to me, he also engaged my 5 year old nephew who was with us. As most people tend to ignore the children, since they are not the ones paying, this was important to me. We had very specific things that we were looking for in an apartment. Our biggest requirement was that we wanted a first floor unit. They had none available at the time, but Marquette was able to check on upcoming dates that one would be available in the size unit we wanted. He located one, and before agreeing to put down a holding deposit, I asked him multiple times, if he was guaranteeing me a first floor unit, in which he stated yes. We planned our move in date, specifically to match with the date the unit would become available. So we put down a holding deposit and proceeded with all the paperwork. Upon completion of our paperwork, and when we were told we were approved, we were also informed that the first floor unit that we had been guaranteed would not actually be given to us. I obviously do not know all the circumstances behind why that was being changed, and I understand that issues can arise. However what I do have a problem with, is that my expectation as a customer, was not properly managed. I have not even paid them the first month’s rent yet, and they are already going back on promises. However, being flexible, we agreed to still move in, and relented to a second floor apartment, on the condition that we would be first in line for a first floor unit.
During the course of waiting for our move in date, we were again contacted by Marquette, and told they would have a first floor unit available on our move in date, if the tenants did not move in before a specific date that they had rented the apartment to (I always did wonder how those tenants ended up with a first floor, after we requested one first). Well that date came, they had still not moved in, so we contacted Marquette, and were advised that the apartment was still on hold for the tenants, that they would be moving in that night, and that at this point, our only option was a 2^nd floor unit. The problem here, once again for me, is that my expectations as a customer were not managed properly. I was left feeling tricked, especially since we had worked with the leasing agent, to plan our move in date, specifically around first floor units being available and so had given notice to our current places of intent to vacate, based around those dates. They had me feeling trapped, and distrusting of their office staff at this point, because the treatment I got over the course of the month before our move in, was not the treatment I got on the day I came for a tour. I feel, as though once they had my money, things changed. We expressed our discontent multiple times, so we did not accept our fate silently. Never the less, we moved in, and started to settle into our new home.
Fast forward a few months (2 – 3 months max), we added an additional member to the household, which also meant a 2^nd car. We had remembered in our talks during the lease signing, that they said you could pay for a second parking spot, since you are required to have a parking permit, or a guest pass (and did I mention you are limited on the amount of guest passes you can get per year?). So we went into the office, to request an additional parking pass, and to be assigned a parking spot. Well, we were informed that while we could pay for an additional parking pass, they would be unable to assign us a parking spot as there was a wait list. They however also added at that time though, that the wait list had not been updated in well over a year, so the chance of getting an assigned spot at any point was unlikely. Why would you tell your customer that? That being said, parking at The Bridge, is horrendous! The guest parking is constantly full, so if you do buy a second pass, you are paying for the HOPE that you can find a parking spot.
My other complaints about the complex itself are somewhat minor compared to the others.
1) The inability to place plants on the railing of my patio, even though there is a safety rail that prevents them from falling.
2) They post notices to enter your dwelling, A LOT. In the year I have been here, I have had four notices, two of which have been back to back (with a gap of only 4 days between them).
3) The security does no good, you can not find them when needed. They should also make the numbers accessible via the renters portal.

It’s been about a year since I’ve moved out of this complex, so I’ve had time to take a step back and reevaluate my experience here. We lived in a 1 bedroom, upstairs apartment in the AA building. We first moved in in 2012. Nick and Marquette helped us out with out paperwork which made it quick and smooth. We were in our apartment in about 2 weeks.
On our move in day, we borrowed a bunch of friends and their trucks for the day in exchange for beers at the bar to the watch the Niners game that night. I got to the complex first so Marquette walked me over, I was super excited. He unlocked the door and OH MY GOD. The carpets were A MESS. We were assured the place would have a deep cleaning! The look on Marquette’s face was priceless, he was in as much shock as I was. And I know he didn’t want to deal with my mister and his wrath so he ran back to the front office to speak with the manager.
They offered us a bunch of other units, but we were pretty set on the one we originally picked which was part of the reason why we decided we’d move here. Luckily the manager saw the carpet cleaning company leaving (how did she not even know they were there?) and waved them down to come clean our unit.
They got it cleaned in about an hour but the carpets wouldn’t be completely dry for another 2 days. We had to keep most of our things in the kitchen, on the deck or in the bathtub, it was a mess. That first night, we had to lay down a tarp so we could lay out mattress down for bed. We both ended up getting sick from the cold moist air since we also had to keep the windows open. Keep in mind this was during winter also, it was a terrible move in experience.
We were told we would not be charged rent for the first 2 days, which made us feel a little better. Unfortunately they did not keep their word, even after bringing it to their attention many times. We cut our lease short by 2 months and were responsible for paying for the last 2 months of rent PLUS a early termination fee which was an additional month’s worth of rent. Ridiculous. I understand having to pay one or the other but not both. Whatever we paid it cause we’d rather sign a check than waste our time dealing with the management.
Throughout our stay, our apartment was entered by maintenance 3 times without our consent. They redid the sprinkler (which I appreciate) but we had a huge hole in our ceiling for a month. We put in 4 service tickets for sink and oven issues, only 2 were acknowledged. Parking is the worst, esp when you actually pay the additional fee for a second space.
I know Hayward isn’t a great area and it’s hard to find reasonable rent but if you live here you will have issues. And even though the parking situation sucks, there is security and a gate. So you have to pick and choose your losses if you decide to move here. I wouldn’t. BECAUSE I JUST BOUGHT A HOUSE! Whaaaaat!!!

Hello again. This is my 8^th year living in this apartment community. Right now, I don’t know which management is the worse, Waterford or the Bridge. When Waterford owned the property they at least acknowledged any service requests that I had. Even if they were slow they at least responded to me when I requested maintenance whether it be through email, phone or in person. They weren’t perfect by any means but they had decent customer service. This now brings me to the Bridge’s customer service.
I’ll first start by saying that not all the employees in the leasing office are terrible. Unfortunately due to my bad luck/​timing I always get the same person everytime I go to the leasing office for the past month and 14 days. I always pass my message to the same female employee and man she does have a terrible attitude.
I have asked for someone to come to my unit to replace the front porch lightbulbs and 2 lightbulbs in the bathroom. I went to the leasing office the first week of June 2015. After delivering my message I waited for 2 weeks and received no email or phone call acknowledging my service request from the leasing office or from the maintenance crew. After waiting for 2 additional weeks, I start going to the leasing office every Saturday to request the same maintenance and still to this day the issue is not fix. I even offered and asked them if they can leave the bulbs at the leasing office, I can pick it up and I will just replace them myself. Every single time they said no they can’t do that until today.
So now its July 18^th, which is exactly 1 month and 14 days since my original request. Today I went to the leasing office and asked about my maintenance request and what was the hold up. The same female employee who I have submitted my request to was there and when I asked, her reply was «We have stack of work orders that have been filling up for over a month and maintenance crew is doing the 911 work orders first.»
So? Is it my problem that your crew is behind with work? Also, if all these requests are 911 why are they piling up? The employee just gave me this really her snotty and disrespectful look. If her goal was to have me walk out upset and annoyed, she succeeded! Not once did she apologize for the delay and maintenance is working as quick as they can to fufill all requests. If she had just said that I would’ve understood and tried to work out another solution. Instead she decided to go with her snotty look which conveyed the thought «Your request is stupid and why are you wasting my time.»
I have been planning to leave every year but my work schedule and great location are the only things keeping me here. Today though was the last straw. I cannot wait until my lease ends in 6 months and I’m ready for a change! I can’t take this terrible customer service from the leasing office.
I’m checking online about filing a complaint to the government about this place. I’ve paying on time for the last 8 years. I have never missed any payments and what do I get in return? Nothing. I mean even the most basic level of service you would think you should get from the property is not being met. I have several other work orders that have also been ignored for several months.
The housing market is really tough this days but save your money and don’t spend it here!!!

As expected, I have knocked off one star.
The neighbors are the absolute worst. They are the most disrespectful, trashy, ghetto people I have come in contact with. They walk up and down the walkway in between the buildings (basically a hallway) and yell racist comments and profanities late at night. Do they not realize they are probably disturbing EVERYONE who is trying to sleep, works a real job and has to get up in the morning? Not only that, but they throw their trash outside of their door where it stays for days at a time.
