Starbucks

My favorite starbucks store since its on my way goin to work.
Do mobile order when going out from home then pick it up on my way to work. I just hate it when theres looong line to drive thru, i sometimes got late to work.
wish they were faster than usual when they get loooong lines…

As a fellow Starbucks partner, I’d have to say this is my favorite Starbucks store besides my own store #13 231. Leo, who is the manager, is doing such a great job. You can see his management skills through his employees. His baristas are always super friendly and drinks are always «on point». This store tends to get busy in the mornings, so I’d suggest doing a mobile order through their app. Otherwise, if you’re a student, looking to get work done, or simply meeting up for coffee, this is the right place to be.

Parking is tough sometimes but this is a quality location. Not sure if it’s because they don’t have drive thru but my drinks are always well made even with the special requests. Staff is pleasant and they actually helped me find my ideal iced tea drink! Fast and not to bad on packed days. Idk why I go to surrounding locations sometimes. Will stick to this one.

Came here 15 minutes before it closed and doors were locked. An employee was cleaning up and shook his head saying they are closed. If you are going to close early, then you should state it closes at 8:45 so I don’t waste my time coming here.

Cone here often, however I just got home and realized STRAWBERRY pieces floating around in my PEACH GREEN TEA LEMONADE! I pulled some out and still strawberry seeds at the bottom of my drink. Very disappointed, so whoever made it did not was out the shaker to prepare my drink. Thanks, after spending $ 3.95! I always come here and this was a bit disappointing! I’m calling to inform the manager and the line is busy…

This is a clean and spacious Starbucks with good ventilation and good service. The bad would be nearly all seats get affected by sun even with the shades down

Certain staff are very rude and dont make the drinks right. This makes the experience unpleasant. I had to have them remake it since it was watered down and gross and they have an attitude about it. The managers are very nice and took the time to even greet customers, but the other staff do not do this for the most part. I felt and saw that the staff had tensions amongst themselves. Parking is horrible.

The manager (I think he’s the manager because he’s always there) was so kind despite how busy he was at the register. He let scan my card 3 times for each item I bought in order to gain 3 stars. :’) No other location has done that… ever! They’re always busy but customer service never fails. Drinks have improved too! So glad this Starbucks is by my house. Best Starbucks customer service I’ve ever experience. Keep it up!

My favorite Starbucks to come to. Leo is doing a wonderful job with this location and all the baristas are nice and quick at making delicious drinks.
Parking can be tough.

First off staff all get five stars service is great reason I’m giving this one star is because of location never any parking it seems like no one in this area knows how to drive very tight and small parking lot yet people fly through it like it’s a highway people will hit your vehicle and if your not there to see it oh well your screwed they will block you in and leave the car there while they are inside they park in the handicap and the tow away zones every time I have come here I left with a new dent in my car you can be backing out and people will shoot passed you as if they were trying to cause an accident your head won’t explode if you wait two seconds for someone to pull out or in
I don’t recommend driving in this area at all on foot your a little better off just stay out of the drive way someone is going to get hurt really bad there one of these days

I came to this Starbucks because my friend had a gift card and she needed some stars to become a gold member so she bought drinks for each of us. When we got there there wasn’t too long of line. But after a while it started to build up. Turns out the cashier was new and we definitely understood and weren’t in much of a rush or anything so I didn’t really mind. I’m not much of a coffee drinker so I just ordered a kid’s hot chocolate. My drink didn’t take too long to recurve. It was a good temperature and tasted great. I wish I asked for no foam but that’s okay it wasn’t such a big deal. Pretty standard Starbucks in my opinion. Starbucks is Starbucks and it’s a franchise so it’s going to be pretty similar wherever you go.
Overall good place. Good service and it’s clean.

Came here at 4:45 PM, line wasn’t too long and spacious area. There are a ton of tables and seats to relax at and they also have phone charging stations, just in case you’re phone is dying. The service took a little longer than I would like, but I think the cashier was a new person, but it didn’t bother me. The employee was very nice and personable also, he actually tried to have a conversation with me which was nice.
My iced vanilla latte came out at a good amount of time and it was the correct order as well. The store overall was very clean and well stocked; ie mugs and tumblers and etc. The tables and countertops were also very clean.

Came here this morning at around 7:30 with a group of 6 before work. It wasn’t terribly crowded, so we were in and out. Friendly staff and quick service for coffee, a few lattes and a spinach wrap.

This is my favorite Starbucks to go to. Why?
1. My drink is perfect every single time.
2. Staff is friendly, fast, and efficient even during their peak hours.
3. There’s always a seat available to just chill.
What more could you ask of your local Starbucks?! They beat the nearby Starbucks on Winton by 100.

These girls were friendly, fast, and know what it is to be a BARISTA!!! By far the best starbucks I’ve been to in the Bay so far. Kudos to these girls because it’s hard to find a good barista who can make your custom drink to perfection!

Rarely come to this Starbucks as there are plenty in my area but i happened to be going to Walmart… another rarity unless its before 11 am!
Walked in and only 2 other people in front of me… fast, efficient and makes a good latte. And they were darn close in getting my name spelled correctly! :)

My experience with this location has gotten better! The workers are super chill and they are fast! Drinks are made correctly and good. The store is neat and clean and spacious!

I usually stay away from this one during the weekdays being that’s next to the 880 freeway. Not a weekend of convenience for my traveling needs. This Starbucks is located in a close different directions of my house. This one is the most closest to me to go on the weekends. The other Starbucks location on Mission while driving towards as my job during the weekdays is located in Union City. So I am so excited to have lots of near by locations I can choose from everyday.
This Starbucks has been remodeled inside last year. I love it’s new design of changes inside. There’s more chairs and tables to use even if your party size is small to large. Since before this location was very small and crowded and packed there was barely enough room to stand for a cup of Joe if you know what I mean. The location has come far with getting a new facial or lifted up! I have noticed over the times it’s also have new and different faces of Barista men’s and women’s. The barista at this location makes my drinks here 75% of the time right so my rating on preparing is 3 stars ! For their customers service and with all their hard work I give the team 3.5 stars. I will keep coming back to get my cup of Joe from here as often as I am able too.
Leo is the manager he is always cheerful as he greets you at the door. I like that he remembers your name and favorite drinks of choice even though you don’t come here often. Leo’s staff should learn a lot from him!

This place is EXTREMELY hit or miss. FOH is always nice and clean and the new updates to the self serve refrigerator are really sleek.
The staff here is really nice. But I have had more than a few orders go wrong here. The bar is really messy. Like milk jugs everywhere-​someone needs to wipe that area with 20 towels-​all the powdered flavoring drawers are open and mixing together– girl couldn’t keep her mess and time management together– so I just nervously watched her as my two shots died-​messy. If one person in your team is off… Every person on your team is off,
No bad people here. I just feel like this store plays everything by ear, and that ear is not listening very well right now. I live only two minutes away from this place and will always come in every now and then because I believe in this store!
YOU CAN DO IT!

They offer free wifi and lots of sitting areas or to lounge and work. I have been going here since they opened and they have never messed up my drink order. The only thing I grip about is its a smaller Starbucks and always runs out of the pastries I like or don’t have what I want, and they close earlier than other Starbucks. The manager is cool but make sure you repeat your order just in case as they are always busy.
I will still go here though as it’s very convenient…
