Lisa is AMAZING!
I’ve been going here for years, always satisfied with Lisa’s service! I didn’t know how talented she was until I had a crisis when I went to try a new nail salon cause Lisa was not there and had to get my nails done ASAP. I regretted it. So I went to Lisa the next day and she fixed me up!
So glad I found this place! Affordable and talented!
I definitely recommend this place!

I like coming here to get my shellac manicure and they are always nice and friendly. Which is why I called yesterday to make an appointment for today 4÷2÷16 at 9am (when they open) for a gel mani/​pedi. I was very disappointed to arrive at 9am and they were not open. Even though it’s stated on the door that they open at 9am on Saturdays. No sign was posted stating they weren’t going to be open. I waited for 10 mins and repeatedly called to make sure no one was actually inside. I left very disappointed because I had an appointment with them and I was pressed for time considering I had an event today. They shouldn’t accept appointments If the salon isn’t even going to be open at the time they are scheduled to be open. Very unprofessional.

After my appt at Kaiser in Hayward, I decided I wanted a pedicure. I looked on Unilocal this was the closes location. The nail salon was located in a little plaza around a residential area. It is a nice, clean salon.
I walked in with no appointment. I was seated right away, after I had chosen my color. I forgot to ask what her name was. She was sweet and made small talk with me. I sprained my right ankle and I just let her know. She was gentle and the message felt awesome.
3 choice for the pedicure:
Basic $ 15
Basic with callus treatment $ 19
Deluxe (mask, scrub, callus treatment, wax treatment) $ 25
I choose the deluxe package. Everything came out great. My only complaint was that the callus treatment was not other places I been to. She just put like a cuticle softer and lightly scrub. At the other salons I been to, the callus treatment has a strong smell and you have to let it sit for a bit and the callus just falls off. Maybe that’s not included in the deluxe package. Usually there is an addition charge on top of your pedicure. However I feel like they should change the description (That was my impression).
This salon is convenient. I did not have to wait so I will most likely be back

Came into the nail salon on a Sunday looking to get a last minute nail appointment and this was the only nail salon that was opened that day. So I came in seemed like a nice place was seated quickly and everything only needed a simple full set so I didn’t mind and I was in a rush. They were empty and probably just opened up so I was helped by a lady with dark hair I believe.
The lady did my nails pretty quick but I wasn’t satisfied with how fat the acrylic was and it was sloppy. I haven’t even had my nails done for two weeks and already I have bubbles and lifting signs and my nails aren’t even that long !!
I probably won’t come back here to get my nails done but I hope these ladies in the future start working on their skills I’ll just go to my nail salon I been going to because they do a great job and don’t charge people a gang of money for gel nail polish… That chipped as well and my nail broke !

I figured I try a new place around where I live and found this nail shop I tried it because of the reviews on her but I found them to be a little misleading. I had like 4 people work on my nails it stated with a guy who was way too rough. Then another lady and she was ok gentle and she was doing a good job I liked her but then Lisa the owner stepped in to finish so I feel when they did that I got one hand looking a certain way and the other hand another way. I let them know and they were like no they look the same. then another lady did my nail polish witch to me she did not do a good job. There was polish every where and I had a jell refill for that they charged me 28 $ originally I was told a refill was 15 $ two days later one of my nails fell off. Over all I think I will not be coming back to this salon. I will keep looking for a good one.

I had a good experience here. Called in day of and made a mani pedi appointment for 2 at 6PM.
They had a pretty nice selection of colours but definitely more gel options.$ 25 for a regular mani pedi
Can’t say much else other than I had a really good experience. Nice people and they did a great job with my nails. I also didn’t feel pressured to choose gel like most other salons do.
Definitely will be back again :)

daughter got her manicure and my other daughter the lashes and i got my gel fill and a Halloween design. Absolutely satisfied, the ladies working there are professional and nice and most important they Pay Attention to details. happy customer

Finding a new nail shop. My acrylics are always popping off within days of getting them done by Lisa. I will continue getting my eyebrows done, but I refuse to get my full set done here again.

I was intrigued by the reviews. So, my daughter and I checked it out today. We were immediately attended to as soon as we arrived. We got there at 6:30pm and they did not turn us away. Some nail salon will hassle you for other services you don’t need, they don’t do that here.
Prices are very good, it’s affordable. Quality is great!
My experience is very pleasant at this place, no pressure and very welcoming. I’m a humble person myself, I never made people feel they are less of a human being. It’s nice to be treated the same way.
Definitely we are going to be a patron of this salon.

Very affordable. I wouldn’t get massage here as they don’t have proper massage tables. But I always go to them for rest of their services.
For waxing and eyebrow threading etc, ask for Lisa.

I love this place. Lisa is definitely my favorite. I come here to get my pedicure all the time by others there but Lisa does my eyebrows and she’s the only one I trust to thread my eyebrows now.

I’ve been to simply nails by Lisa twice now. I think that over all this is a good place to get a pedicure. It’s a small location but fairly clean, neat and very affordable prices!
The first time I came here I got a manicure and it wasn’t the best. However, today I walked in for a pedicure and I am very content.
There was no wait, the staff was nice, and they did not make a big fuss when I didn’t like one of my nails (like other places). They fixed it and accommodated me right away. They made me feel comfortable and not afraid to speak up. I find this very valuable because there aren’t many other nail locations that offer this sense of comfort.

Needed a place last minute and since my shop was booked decided to give this place a try anyways even though reviews were not so great. I called and ask to make an apt with Lisa and she was very nice to take me right away. I love the nail station table its pretty much one big long (thats what she said lol jk) piece of table and you sit there with two other patrons. I like it and it makes me feel not confined. Prices were decent and lisa did a great job however she did hit my cuticle a couple times and it stung for a couple days especially in the shower. She did apologize and it does happen some times so I am not going to hold it against her haha. Defin will be back if I am on that side of town.

This review is only for wax. The lady did a great job. I did my nails here and I hated it. The lady who did my nails sucked. I’ll be back for the wax though.

Cool little shop here I like it. A little bit expensive but its nice. Linda ALWAYS GETS THE JOB DONE!

So today I came to try this place out since the shop that I usually go to is closed on Sunday’s.
The place is simple, not too appealing, but the customer service is nice. However, I did make an appointment with Lisa since a friend recommended her… And I did not get Lisa (strike 1). I didn’t make a big deal out of it since I was trying to have an open mind about the place.
I needed a fill since 2 of my nails broke, but I made sure I wanted my natural nails with shellac… And the person who was doing my mani went ahead and started doing ACRYLIC!!! (Strike 2) Of course I said something since I wanted natural shellac and just do the acrylic on nails where I needed the fill. She apologized, and it was fine.
At the end, I asked for 2 nails design which is a line of studs (I think) and this lady was really gonna make me put my hands in the UV light when she sees how crooked it is! So you know I had to say something. And that’s when Lisa finally hopped in to help, but at the end it was already too late. The finished product was pretty horrible for $ 55 dollars. (Mani&deluxe pedi)
The only reason why I’m giving this place 2 stars is because of the lady who was doing my pedi, she really took her time with massaging me and making sure my feet were scrubbed! She was definitely awesome!

I just found my nail place!!! Yay! I came here 3 weeks ago and thought I’ll see how long my nails last this good. Well three weeks later nails still look good and probably wouldn’t need to come back if it wasn’t for my nails that grew. So I give this place another shot. This time I show Lisa a picture off of Pinterest and ask if she can do that. She says yes and does an excellent job! I am one happy satisfied customer. I’m so glad I found this hidden gem. It is literally hiding in a residential area in Hayward.

my first time here. it was a recommendation so I was like alright. I needed a place closer to home anyways and it was just a fill. so I thought, why not? I came here on a Wednesday evening– about an hour before closing (and they close at 7:30. not 7.) and I had to wait about 15 minutes.
so anyways a lady helped me out idk her name but she took off the polish and did the fill. I was shooting myself in my head bc it was horrible. it seemed as if it was her first fill.
then finally Lisa came to the rescue and finished me off. she had to redo all the nails with more gel powder and she shaped and polished them. I did shellac over my gel.
all in all I’m really happy with the way they turned out. at first I was like oh gosh. but Lisa did a great job finishing them off. definitely will be back, but next time I’ll be asking for Lisa right away. lol!
