Rodney began his Roto-​Rooter career full time in 1976 after serving in the United States Marine Corp. Rodney holds his families values and tradition of customer satisfaction first and the dollar second. While striving to offer services to fit our customers needs and pocket book. Had a clogged toilet that I could not unclog. My hardware store bought hand cranked pipe cleaner reached the clog stoppage in the toilet outflow but would not bore through it or break it up. A ShopVac suction hose also did not dislodge the clog. I therefore called Roto-​Rooter in the AM, Service crew arrived just after lunch the same day An industrial clog rooter was used to reach the stoppage in the toilet piping, break up the clog and allow regular flushing to resume. .We were reminded also to not just push the flush handle and walk away, but to push and hold the handle until the entire tank flows into the bowl. We were also discouraged from using double or triple ply toilet paper as they may contribute to the clogging. In any case, the job was completed, with a 30 day warranty, and I even received a senior discount. Great same day service.

Mike was great! I needed my drain line cleaned out of «gook» found from a leak detection service. My choices were a $ 230 process or a $ 550 process. The lesser expensive option was not an option for the opening of our cleanout drain. The higher cost option was available, but after Mike heard my whole explanation of what happened, he suggested their Drainbo product instead. Final cost: $ 33.00. Hoping it works. But even if it doesn’t, we’ll just try another option. Thanks much to Mike for being patient and selling me a more economical option to try first.

This review is well deserved. My toilet had been clogged for a week and we finally have in to calling a Roto-​Rooter. The girl I spoke with was very nice and said there would be someone here between 8 – 10. Donnie arrived at 830. Super nice very professional and was very informative about the problem and how he was gonna fix it. He got the job done and within the hour. I would recommend this company if your in need. Had a great experience with roto rooter. I had called a different plumbing company to clean my sewer line and they showed me a video of my sewer line that looked to be broken and said it needed to be replace. I called the experts Roto Rooter to get another opinion and my sewer line was cleaned properly by rhe tech and also showed me video of my line and it was cleaned perfectly. All roots cut out and I haven’t had any problems since. I wouldn’t use anyone else after knowing other company’s couldn’t do the work that it took roto rooter only 45 min to fix. Happy camper

I had to edit my review. I gave them 2 stars because I thought despite the rude poor service that the problem was fixed. It wasn’t. I called back and demanded that a manager or owner call me back. I think my $ 400 visit gives me the right. Nobody ever called back. Do not do business with these criminals!!!

I tend to be quite the handy problem solver, so when I failed to unclog the kitchen sink drain with my newly purchased auger I was veering toward frustration. On this rare occasion, I called out to Roto-​Rooter for help, and they scheduled me in for the following morning. I was impressed by the serviceman they sent out.
Cesar was very professional with a friendly disposition, and very good attitude, and he cleared the clog. Thank you, Cesar and Roto-​Rooter.

We needed plumber on Christmas Day of all days.:(We called RotoRooter, They promised to be there within 1 hour and they kept their promise! The service was very professional and fast. And most important didn’t cost us arm and leg. Very reasonable pricing for Christmas Day service!

I had a clogged kitchen sink. I called Roto-​Rooter and was told the service man would arrive within 1 to 2 hours. Impressively someone arrived to my home within 30mins of my initial call. The service guys was nice polite and most importantly fast. The job was complete within 15 to 20 minutes. I definitely would use them again.

I would not call this company again. Had an 11:00 appointment on a Saturday. Waited until 11:30 and then I called to see what was going on. I was informed that my «appointment» was a window from 11 – 1. I waited until 1:15 with no call or no technician. I then called another plumber and they said they would be out in 45 minutes. Roto Rooter then had the nerve to call me at 1:50 to let me know she was sending her tech out to me. I told her not to bother– I called someone else. They actually showed up on time and did the work in a professional manner. I am happy with their service.
