Our real estate team used R&B Wholesale Distributors to replace our stove and dishwasher when we were getting ready to sell our home. The prices were great and the products were what we expected. HOWEVER, R&B Wholesale kept my personal credit card on file for any purchases my real estate team made. When I saw the additional charges, I called R&B Wholesale Monday morning and after we uncovered why my personal credit card was charged, they said they could not credit my account until my real estate team provided a different credit card number. I gave them until the end of the day, at which point I called them again and let them know they had FRAUDULENTLY charged my credit card. They still refused to credit my account and told me to go report fraud to my bank! I have had to cancel my credit card since they have my card on file for my real estate team(who also do property management) –who knows how much activity my real estate agents will be doing, I don’t have thousands of dollars to float around until R&B Wholesale is able to resolve this in a manner which they find befitting! I’m very upset that a company thinks they have a right to charge my personal credit card just because they erroneously put my credit card # down for another client of theirs!

Recently we attempted to engage in a business relationship with R&B Wholesale Distributors. A salesman came to our office and said he worked with property management companies like ours and explained the terms and conditions to which we agreed. I filled out all of the necessary paperwork and provided references. When I went to place an order I was surprised to find out, after I placed the order for a new dishwasher, that they were unable to process my order. After having confirmed the order a very rude and uncooperative credit manager closed my account even though I was paying COD and had purchase from them before with no issues. Lori Marier, the credit manager, and the person who I spoke with has quite possibly has never heard of the term customer service. She was very condescending, spoke over me and made excuses and then blamed a girl that was on maternity leave. She told me she was unable to get my file because it was in storage. She didn’t offer any assistance or even pretend to want to keep my business or any of my referrals. This behavior is unacceptable when dealing with the public. I was polite and simply wanted to order an appliance instead I was treated rudely for no reason other than Lori chose not to do her job. If her superiors knew about this behavior I sure she would be put in customer relations training or be out of a job. Property Management Companies beware!

Totally satisfied with the appliance packages that were purchased from R&B Wholesale Distributors, Inc, Hayward. The price was better than what the big box stores offered for equivalent quality. The company coordinated delivery with the installation schedule. Chris B. responded to all my inquiries. Thank you for helping me accomplish better apartment remodels within my budget.
