just happy to know they accept walk ins and theyre not busy i got the service in like 10mins right away and jeffrey who took my blood test is very nice and friendly. he is helpful coz im scared of needles he made sure im comfortable and not to worry. thanks jeffrey for a good experience!

2hours for the blood draw

I arrived at 8:08 AM did not get called until 10:38 AM was out of there at 11:45 AM I feel this is unacceptable processing of the people. they have people come in there fasting. I saw one pregnant Woman get nauseous n almost fall the nurses yelled at her rudely to lay down the woman was looking around where to lay down and they screamed lay down on the floor. This was a total barbaric way to treat people today. They need to get Someone to manage and disperse the people. Because waiting 2 ½ hours just to be called is outrageous especially when you’re paying to get your labs done. quest is being paid by some insurance co. someone from QUEST this is uncivilized to say the least. get it together.

My appointment was for 9am, I checked in with the receptionist at 8:57. By the time I sat down, the receptionist had called me up to process my medical card. In two minutes, my technician, Jeffrey, called me back.
I have small veins, but Jeffrey was still able to find one with minimal «effort». He was efficient and friendly, what else would you ask for?
There were quite a few walk-​ins in the waiting room, but I’m certainly not going to have clientele ruin a review. I also can care less if the receptionist is energetic/​friendly vs emotionless/​grumpy; just do your job and process my stuff in a timely manner and I’m good, which she did.
Some patients require fasting or just have a bad experience having blood drawn, so you want to come to a clean, friendly, fast and efficient lab. This location met that criteria for me.
