Rented furniture from them and the sofas I got from them were great. If you shop around, they’ll probably be the best value for your money. That said, like many other people here, their responsiveness is a bit lacking. They responded to exactly 1 of my 5 emails over the course of two months. I asked them for pictures, for pricing, for a change in my order… I got no responses. The responsiveness was so terrible, I had to physically drive from San Francisco and meet with them to get the order placed. They have a LOT of stuff, so be sure to hunt around for exactly what you want. That said, the team is incredibly friendly and polite. Delivery guys were very nice and easy going, give them a tip.

HORRIBLE, I would NOT trust these people with your event– they are RUDE, late and extort you for extra money at the end,

Negative points for making us drive hour and a half, holding a two hour long meeting and never following up.
Moh sounded very promising when we met in December last year but as a potential client I was atleast expecting an estimate for my wedding hall decoration. A few texts and calls later we realized it wasn’t worth waiting any longer. Luckily we still had about 4 months before the big day.
Very unprofessional!

I had the pleasure of working with Moh to do my décor and floral for my engagement party. He also did my sisters engagement party 4 months before mine.
I was really stressed at the time because I kept changing venues which also led to me changing my décor on Moh multiple times. He was so accommodating! He really gets creative and can basically envision what you want. I trusted him of course to do his thang which I’m so glad I did because I don’t even know what I was doing at one point!
He showed up the day of the event super early with his entire staff and set up– even though it was so hot! He made sure the flowers didn’t welt. I walked in and was in complete awe. As soon as I saw the room, I got super excited for the night to begin! He even had extra flowers to put on my cake and gifts which did so much for the cake! My guests still talk about how beautiful my décor and flowers were.

First off let me begin by saying when it comes to design and décor I know what I like but unfortunately don’t have the vision to make it come together. Well that’s why there are Moh’s in this world. Moh was such a pleasure to work with and his eye for design is like none other.
The first time we met Moh, he talked to us as if we were his friends and not his potential clients. Starting off on that note was extremely pleasing. He had a lot of ideas right off the bat and helped us create a theme we envisioned but could never put together ourselves.
It all came together with only two visits at his location and one visit at our venue. We were very happy with the end product. The backdrop he created for our engagement party was amazing and all the little details from the centerpieces to the table covers to the lobby arrangement… He made it all come together so nicely.
I definitely recommend utilizing Moh’s services for your party needs.

Moh made my dream wedding happen. He is one of the nicest most genuine humans I have ever met. He listened to my ideas and what I wished for and he literally made my dream a reality. His professionalism and patience in this process was immaculate! He places so much passion in his work, ensuring his clients are happy. I feel I have not only gained a wonderful event planner but a great friend who has such a beautiful heart. What makes Moh different from other event decorators is the passion and love he has for this work, which is clearly evident in his breathtaking work! Thanks Moh, for making my dream a reality! :-)

This review is 8 months tardy but wanted to give a shout out to Moh, his mommy and the team at Prime. They did a fantastic job with our reception décor /​staging, the chiavari chairs, uplighting, draping, etc. We especially loved our reception stage setup which was elegant and oh-​so-​clean! It was exactly what my wife and I wanted! Moh and his team are very creative when it comes to making what you want actually happen.
One piece of advice for couples searching for wedding vendors: Use as few vendors as possible. We had one vendor for flowers, one for the mandap, one for something else and then Moh for the items mentioned in paragraph 1. If we had found Prime before we signed contracts with these other folks, it would have saved us a lot of hassle. When we found Moh, he mentioned to us that he could do EVERYTHING that we needed but we had already signed contracts elsewhere. What a bummer! That would be the one thing that would have made our life easier during planning.
Finally, we made some changes to our reception layouts, etc. only a couple of days before the wedding to make the flow better for the room. Moh took the changes in stride and got everything set up the night before for our wedding staging and had the reception setup complete way ahead of schedule on the day of. He was a rock-​star!
If it’s any indication of how satisfied we were — I just referred Prime Party Rentals to one of my groomsmen who is getting married next year. =)

Prime Party Rentals did the most phenomenal job at our wedding — Our guests were in the awe of the décor. Our reception actually got delayed, just because our guests couldn’t stop taking pictures of the «mandap”/stage — it was straight out of a fairytale wedding.
Moh and his team went out of their way to deliver the most beautiful picture perfect décor and staging, which was special and unique for me and my fiancé. Every little detail from the tassels on the napkins to the personalized pin lights were given extreme importance by Moh and his team at Prime Party Rentals. Their attention to detail was commendable and unparalleled by any other designers.
Moh through this review, we wanted to convey out heartfelt gratitude to you and your team for the extravagant and flawless show that you put up on my wedding.
We were definitely not easy customers to deal with, but you kept your cool and delivered everything beyond our expectations. You and your team brought your A-​game! Words do no justice in expressing my gratitude for all that Prime Party Rental had done in making my recent engagement party look like a fairytale, literally! Moh exceeded my expectations in every way possible in making my envisions into a reality! From our first meeting to the day of my event, Moh was extremely responsive and catered to all my complicated requests. Moh was so patient with my indecisiveness with center piece combinations and color scheme and went out of his way to send me pictures of samples he would set up at his warehouse. He was very attentive and genuine in his feedback during every meeting, which I appreciated immensely! He worked hard in ensuring I was 100% satisfied with all the stage décor, flower arrangements, table setup, and the amazing white dance floor! His mother, Farah, was nothing short of amazing herself. She was so sweet and made sure I was able to fit all that I wanted within my budget range, evening putting in a couple free items :)
Our guests were blown away by the elegance and regal look of the décor that Moh and his team had created for my engagement party! He would not stop raving about it! No matter what venue you are having you’re event, Moh will make it look like it’s right out of a fairytale – seriously! Throwing engagement and wedding parties can be so pricey and stressful, but when you have Moh as your decorator, it makes the entire process so much easier and you will not be disappointed! You can tell he genuinely loves his job and how much his client satisfaction means to him!

Moh did our wedding Décor for our wedding on May 29, 2015. Moh was nothing but creative, very understanding in regards to our wants and needs and worked within our budget. Essentially he made my vision into a reality. He went above and beyond and threw in a few extras for us; our family and friends loved the décor and setup and would not stop raving about it. Our performer even gave a shout out to how beautiful the décor was. I highly recommend to stop at Prime Party Rentals for all your party and décor needs. You won’t regret it. We also want to thank Farah, Moh’s lovely mother, for being very easy to get into touch with and setting up our appointments. Both Mother and son are very great to work with!

Organizing an event so I thought I would check this place out for things I needed to rent. I called ahead to get an idea of prices before I drove down there. The man who answered the phone was very nice and gave me competitive prices. I went down to the warehouse and walked in. A lady approached me and immediately asked me what my name was. I then told her I was wanting to look at some rental items. She told me to go ahead and look around. They have some nice stuff but very pricey. I could basically buy the item for how much they’re asking just to rent it. The price I was quoted over the phone and what I go quoted in person was WAY off. I tried to explain to her that the price was not what was quoted to me but she didn’t care. I felt like I was interrupting her work rather than being treated as a customer. I’ll take my business elsewhere!

I was referred to Prime Party Rental by another rental company and was pleasantly surprised by the service and attention to the details Farah and Yasin offered. Farah made great suggestions and showed me all the available options. They were very flexible, accommodating and easy to work with. I will definitely be returning to them when planning my next event.

Moh & his team decorated my engagement party last weekend. They did an absolute BEAUTIFUL job with everything from the stage to center pieces, etc. Figuring out décor can be a stressful process for a client. Meeting Moh, Fara and his staff put me at ease. From the minute you walk into Prime Party Rentals, the staff is very helpful and willing to meet all your needs. They’re very easy to contact and communicate with which is vital during the planning process. Moh is very patient and goes through all the details of the decorations step by step. He makes various suggestions until his client is completely satisfied. Moh exceeded my expectations the night of my engagement. He not only met my vision– but he absolutely blew my family and I away when everything all came together.
Several guests from my party asked for Prime Party Rentals contact information the night of my party and after. I can’t wait to start wedding planning so Moh and his team can do my wedding décor!!!

Moh did my wedding back in September and he did an amazing job!!! I just gave him an idea of what was on my mind and he took care of the rest. I loved how my reception looked like it was even better than how I imagined it! Thank you Moh and also his amazing mom Farrah who helped out a lot too! One star is one too many for this place. As soon as I walked in to ask about renting pipes for draping the lady just cut me off and was no no we don’t rent those. She Just Seemed So Unwelcoming And Unprofessional

Very happy with the service received for my rental. They were helpful and patient with us while we took our time going through the various options over multiple visits.
We also appreciated they allowed some last minute changes.
Highly recommend if you want peace of mind for your rental.

I initially called Prime Party Rentals among many party rental places because I was looking for centerpieces for my company party. I ended up getting linens, chairs and lighting from them as well. Instead of having to work with different vendors, I only had to work with one. Compared to the other companies that I called, Prime Party Rentals’ prices are very competitive, but you get more for what you pay for.
What sets them apart from the other companies was the personalization of the services. They actually asked me what my vision was and provided a design that interpreted that vision. They also set up everything which meant that my team and I didn’t have to. Moh’s attention to detail was impeccable! He turned a plain hotel ballroom into a glamorous Hollywood party (our theme).
Thank you Moh and Prime Party Rental staff. You’ve set the bar really high!!!

This revieview is based only on my chair rental–
I rented the gold chiavari chairs for my wedding in May. I believe they were having a special @ $ 5 per chair but that price is UNBEATABLE! My sister in law works at a party rental place and with her discount could only get me rentals for $ 9 per chair so this was awesome. I thought I wouldn’t be able to afford those beautiful chairs (I didn’t realize I’ care about chairs until I started planning a wedding) until someone told me about this place. My wedding planner scared me and asked if I saw the chairs in person b/​c sometimes they are cheap but they can be really nicked up. I panicked b/​c I already put down my deposit but there was nothing I could do but luckily when the day came they were in perfect condition. They were clean and the $ 5 per chair (I rented roughly 135 chairs, w/​50% down) included the cusion (some people will get ya there and charge for that too) and it included the delivery. They were also very accomodating and delivered them the day before and picked up the day after w/​out charging an additional day so that was great. When I spoke to a woman on the phone she was pleasant, answered all my questions, was easy to work with and even at the end like a week before my wedding I forgot to send the check and I panicked again and some places would be upset but they were like «its no big deal». All around good service.

Words can’t describe how wonderful this company is! We had a great time with Moh in creating the vision we wanted. I myself was lost and he helped guide me to what would look great, stay in our price range, and made us happy. We are so happy that we were able to connect with them and had them a huge part of our special day!
