Our technicians are NGA certified and all repairs are completed according to manufacturer specifications. We offer complete windshield replacement, any glass replacement on your vehicle, side mirrors, rear view mirrors, window tinting, chip repair, door regulator replacement, and flat glass/​window service for commercial and residential buildings. Called and they offered to come to my location but I decided to go to them. They were quick and just recently moved to a new location right by target. It was a rainy day and the manager offered to drive me to target. Only down side was that they don’t have the system to accept credit/​debit cards. Other than that they’re great

My driver’s side window shattered out of the blue while driving on the freeway. I called Payless early the next day, and they arrived at my apartment to fix my window in about an hour. Great service and price. The window looks perfect! I definitely recommend Payless and will call them again if I have any window mishaps in the future.

The port window on the rear quarter panel of my Tahoe spontaneously blew out one morning. I called several places to get a price quote for the repair. I wanted to make sure that the replacement piece was OEM. The dealership was going to charge double what Payless was able to get me the glass for and the dealership didn’t even include installation.
When I called Payless they were motivated to work with me. They came to my house to do the install. The price was very fair. I highly recommend Payless Auto Glass to anyone.

Brought my car in for a windshield replacement. They broke the clips that hold the windshield down. they tried to glue it and of course that doesn’t work. Tried calling them for a week now and no one ever picked up the phone. Are they closed down?

Called my insurance and they referred this company, it was well worth the try vs all the other businesses charging top dollar for a fix. Great Fast Service, Awesome job even on a rainy day, 2 big starfish chips on my brand new car, so sad but Arnel came and fixed her right up couldn’t even tell there was any damage. His work is legit had all the tools and is very professional. Highly recommend for all minor and major glass services and replacements. FYI he’s onsite so this service is a must for people who are typically busy and don’t have the time to get the repair they need same day, he will come to you. Very convenient service. Thanks again Arnel for the awesome service. Cheapest prices in the Bay Area guaranteed.

Tuesday night someone broke into my car (for the millionth time) while I was at the dentist in broad daylight. but anyways. I called a few places in San Francisco and SSF (where I live and work) and places were quoting me between $ 500-​$ 700 and that they might not even be able to do it that same day. Lucky for me, my awesome dad called places in Hayward/​Union City and he found Payless Auto Glass. They quoted be less than half of the other places and could do it that same day. They were fast, professional, and had ridiculously low prices. I will definitely go back again.

I HIGHLY recommend Payless Auto Glass! Best price, Quick, professional, clean, quality service. I needed my window fixed ASAP! They came within the hour and found out I needed specialized glass for my hybrid that was $ 40 more. They brought the glass about 25 minutes later free of charge for delivery. Great customer service. Other people may have close pricing but this place has American made quality glass and awesome customer service. 5 Stars!

well, what can I say? I live in Oakland but work in South City and they came all the way to me at work to fix a window that got broken by vandals. Jamie got here at 1030 and he was done by 1115. They quoted me a price that was equivelent to the prices of me taking it into a shop in Oakland to get it fixed. I highly recommend this place and will be going back if I need to.

I sent an online message to set up an appt. to get my side rear window fixed due to the reconnector. Arnel called me the next day and I was able to bring my car in right away and it was fixed in less than 40 minutes. They did a professional job and at a very reasonble price. They are very courteous. Took my car in and within the hour it was done. They tell you to leave the tape on for a few days. I heard air coming from the window and I took it back. The took care of it really fast and made it worth the 130 bucks. Friendly people, easy to work with.

I was driving down 880 and my windshield got hit with a huge rock from a truck. I pulled off to the freeway to inspect it. The rock hit it real bad and it started webbing out. I did a quick Google check and found these guys. They took my car in and replaced the windshield in literally less than an hour coming in, that same day. I drive a honda s2000 and they were able to get the windshield right than and there. The owner was hella cool. The crew worked fast. I still made it home for dinner. O highly recommend these guys.

This place rocks. I went in there this morning by chance to see if they can put in a sunroof that i found. not only did they put it in — it was a very difficult job, they fixed the mechanism that was bent. I cannot say anything more. These people are excellent. It was a difficult job, but they got it done and got it done right.
Abdul, Shah, Luis, Tim and (i did not get the sweet girl’s name) at the front desk are true professionals. Had I gone to Volvo, it would have cost more than the car itself. I am so happy I found them.
Cannot ask for better service or price (especially these days).

Driving down 880, some chunk of rock/​dirt flew off a truck bed and right on the side of my windshield. Im sure this has happened to some of you and if it hasn’t happened, it probably will anytime now.
I called this morning asking if they had any open slots open and luckily they had a 12:00pm time frame for me to work with. Upon arriving I was greeted and brought inside where they staff was absolutely friendly and down to Earth. Within an hour my car was ready to go.
With the shop being in business for close to 20 years, the experience was definitely there. As I was waiting inside the lounge area, the phone was ringing around every five minutes. Thats when I knew I had picked the right place.

Wow! Exceptional customer service! I took my car here today because they did a good job on a previous window problem I had 2 years ago. This time I needed a replacement back window because mine was shattered from a break-​in. I called and got an immediate quote. The person on the phone was so helpful and found me a used replacement in Oakland which arrived in a few hours. They had my car finished and ready in almost no time. I was appreciative that the used window saved me money and including labor, cost me $ 150. The people there were also very friendly and made me feel welcome (a much needed plus seeing as I was just robbed the night before).
I recommend this little place because they treated me wonderfully :)

On the freeway yesterday a rock got kicked by a big rig truck wheel and slammed into my window. I was sooooooo mad. I had a quarter sized crack that looked like a bullet hole.
I was in San Leandro and pulled this company off my phone and called. They took me that day, was reasonable with price and I was out the door within the hour…
I never trust auto repair anything because I’m a chick so I don’t trust auto repair companies but i got to give them thumbs up.
