Rick Weldon founded P R Motorsports in 1981 and has been fascinated by all things mechanical, cars in particular, all his life. Rick graduated with a degree in engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy and has been racing and modifying cars since he first learned to drive.
Laura Munoz started working at P R Motorsports in 1988, and decided to purchase the business from Rick when he retired. She joined the team because of her love of cars. Growing up, she says, «I didn’t have boy band posters on my wall. It was only cars for me!» She believes this interest stems from having a father who always had a car in the garage being restored and an older brother who is also an enthusiast. Today, she’s proud to carry on the P R Motorsports tradition of providing top-quality car care and service at a fair price for both everyday drivers, as well as car enthusiasts.
