History

Established in 2001.

Michele founded Nectar Consulting, Inc. in 2001 after leaving the dot com world to find more fulfilling work. What she discovered was coaching & her passion, and has since been trained and certified as a Co-​Active Professional Certified Coach (CPCC) to provide business coaching and consulting services to her myriad of clients across the US and Europe.

Michele is a catalyst for change — she brings 22 years of insight and expertise to her work as a coach, trainer, speaker and writer and has touched the lives of thousands of business owners, educators and executives.

Ms. Molitor’s unique combination of coaching skills, business growth tools and marketing strategies, consistently help her clients significantly increase their bottom line results. Through their work with Michele, her clients have reported an increase in annual business revenues from 25%-300%.

Business Owner

Ms. Molitor, CPCC, PCC, received her coach training and certification from The Coaches Training Institute (CPCC). She has also received her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation from the International Coach Federation. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida in Advertising, has studied French linguistics at the University of Paris, France and has a degree in Graphic Design from the Art Institute of Atlanta. Michele is also a licensed Action Plan Marketing Consultant.

She is a co-​author of «A Guide to Getting It: A Clear Compelling Vision», as well as editor and co-​author of her ebook «Bite Size Tips for the New Entrepreneur — Wisdom From the Experts Who’ve Made It».

Michele is actively involved in her community and on the Board of Directors of the Berkeley Chamber of Commerce. She also serves as a School Services Coach for California GEAR UP, a program that helps bring a college-​going culture to low-​income middle schools throughout CA.

I was lucky to meet Michelle when she was the guest speaker at a NAPO meeting this summer. Michelle made a great presentation, and even got a room of partial strangers to discuss some of our deepest fears and worries. It helped us to realize what we should be doing differently in order to be better for ourselves, our companies, and our clients. I am interested in Michelle’s life coaching services, but I’m on a tight budget having just started my business. I will invest in her services once I can, because I feel she has the knowledge and tools to not only make my business better, but make me a better person to run a successful business. I can tell this from the NAPO meeting and the few phone conversations we had, including one phone conversation where she performed a guided meditation.
I mentioned in our consultation conversation that I suffer from migraines. Michelle offered to have a session with me where she performed a guided meditation for about 15 minutes. The visualization combined with Michelle’s calming and soothing voice instantly changed my energy and mind-​set. And I did not have a migraine for 6 weeks after the guided meditation. That’s the longest I’ve ever gone without a migraine! Michelle taught me that when I do suffer from migraines, or stressful times where my energy needs to be changed, that I can do the meditation on my own. Having that small tool made me feel empowered and I feel more calm and centered since gaining this knowledge. Michelle’s techniques work, and I look forward to working with her!

I have known Michele for at least 6 years and have gone to her with personal or business focus challenges throughout that time. She has always been able to:
1. Hear the real issue — this is important, because even as a very goal oriented and driven person, I can fool myself into doing something I want to do instead of doing something I need to do.
2. Provide specific, meaningful guidance — for years I had viewed coaching as sort of squishy and practiced normally by folks who tend towards levitation and less towards practical tools and application — Michele proved this belief wrong.
