Horrible service I ordered 13 dresses from them I went in today because 2 of my bridesmaids live far there was a guy there that was rude as hell! I don’t know how Vanessa can work there the owners are so rude as hell I hope she leaves them and their business goes to shit!!!

Just want to give Vanessa a positive review for being so patient and friendly with us Although we did not buy a dress from them (did not have the color we were looking for and was a little out of price range) I cant say enough about their service and friendliness.

So my Quinceañera was in November 2014 but since you have to plan almost a year ahead my parents decided to go look for dresses. At first we went to San Jose then to Oakland but nothing really stood out to me so I got back to hayward (since I live here) and we got to Las Bonitas so we went inside and we were greeted by the guy that worked there asking what we were looking for. When we sadie we were looking for Quinceañera dresses he showed us the rack where they had some and said I could try two on. My mind was set on a pink one because that’s the color that I wanted but then I remember what my aunt told me «Color doesn’t matter the dress is the important thing» so I chose a turquoise blue dress that was on a mannequin display. I tried on the first one which was the pink one and I didn’t really like it… I looked like a fruity piñata lol but then I tried on the blue one and it fit me perfectly and I loved it and apparently so did my parents because my dad almost started crying haha. So yeah I picked that dress and they were pretty cool about it and they gave me a discount because it was the one on display. So yeah needless to say the dress was perfect and I probably wouldn’t have gotten it if I didn’t go there

I was very upset with the mistakes that were make considering that I had to travel from far away. For example I purchase the crown for my daughter quinceanera. I had already paid for it but somehow I didn’t realize that they never gave it until the day of the party. I called them and they said I have to met them half way in order to get the crown … So my daughter end up not wearing a crown … I think they have to much on their plate… Unorganized …

I highly recommend las bonitas! I will continue to give them my service. I worked very closing with Vanessa to get dresses for my bridesmaids. I planned my wedding in less than 3 months and only had a month to get my girls dresses together. I waited last minute so I asked her to only show me dresses that would arrive in a week. She went over and beyond to accommodate my needs. She is very attentive and will notify you immediately when the dresses are in. The dresses were amazing!!! They also have an in house seamstress, that’s definitely a plus! One stop shop!

I personally haven’t bought anything from here (yet). But I’ve been to many gown places and out of all of the places I’ve been to I must say that the service here has been the friendliest. They made me feel at home. The workers made great conversation and showed me magazines for potential dresses. I know many people who has bought their dresses here and they were satisfied as well.

Service was wonderful. Came in looking for a dress for my cotillion and the woman immediately asked what we were looking for showed us to a couple dresses and let us look through them as she went to give us catalogs. They also do tuxes, table sets and will even decorate the 18 roses and candles (for a debut/​cotillion). A lot to choose from and very impressive customer service.

I’ve came here two times due to getting information about their wedding packages.
1^st experince: walked in on a Sunday, they had a couple people in the store. The Manager asked us what we were in for and my fiancé and I said for our wedding. She asked me if I knew what kind of wedding dress I am getting and I said yes since I tried it at another store. I showed her my pic from my phone and she happened to have the cataloge with my dress in it. She said she would sell it to me for 1,200 which is by far the cheapest I’ve heard/​seen the dress at other places are 1,500 or 1,450. This is the only reason why i give this store two stars. If your going to buy a dress buy it with them but thats it! So after she gave me the price of the dress we wanted to get more info about a wedding package, she said we needed to make an appointment with them next week, she asked what color flower centerpiece i wanted and cake flavor so i told her and the manager said okay okay come next saturday and we will have a centerpiece ready for you and some cake to try…
2^nd experience: came in for our «appointment» the store was empty. There was NO CAKE TO TRY AND NO CENTERPIECE! She told us to sit down so we can tell her what we needed for the wedding so we gave her a list of view things we needed. She started to talk about a customer that she had which was picky… when she started to talk about her client I thought to myself this is all bad, if she thinks her customer is picky I best believe i am 100.50% times more picky then the girl she was talking about. How are you going to complain about your client being picky in front of a new customer? That says alot about the service they give their customers. We as customers have to be pickey for we are the ones giving them money to get the job done! Also one thing i did not like at all was that she litterally kicked my fience and I out just cuz she said she had to finish working on center pieces for an event for that day… Which we understood but if she wants to pull great customer service she needs to find more help to work for her. When my fience and I left we got in the car looked at each other and said no straight up. I would not trust this place for my wedding they have poor service, unorganized, and their quality of flower centerpiece are cheap looking. if you want cheap and poor quality then this is the place for you. Thank goodness I still have a yr till my wedding and still have time to research places.
I ordered my wedding dress when I received it I was sooooo not happy with it! But I take blame for that for rushing into buying the dress even though i tried it and saw it at a different store. I gave almost $ 400 deposit for the dress. When i tried it on i wasn’t in love. I hated it as a matter of fact. I told them I would come back to pick it up once i pay the full amount. Almost 5 months past by and just got a call today asking if I am still getting the dress and I said no. The daughter was very rude and upset. Instead of saying «oh thanks for calling us» in a sarcastic way and basically hung on my face she should have said instead… «oh okay, i am sorry it didn’t work for you but I hope you shop with us again» would have been a better response. I have been working in customer service for all my life and this place sure doesn’t know what that is…

Bought 2 garters for my daughters prom from here. They turned out great. Customized the colors and even had the ribbon printed with the name of the prom and date. Prices were lower than other places I called and the staff was very helpful and super nice. All around great service.

I definitely recommend this store, they have lots of dresses on catalogs and very affordable prices, the dress I order for my wedding was beautiful, better than the picture and fits me great. I save a couple of hundreds. also was ready for my last min in about 3 – 4 days .don’t go anywhere else!

Without Las Bonitas, our event wouldn’t have been a success. A strong claim, I know, but the decorations were beautiful and they added to the professional appearance we were striving to achieve.

I’m very pleased with the personal that run this store as well as the service, I purchased a beautiful gown for my granddaughter back in September 2010 for a wedding (flower girl) then had to go back to purchase the exact gown but in a different color for my granddaughter for a wedding this up coming weekend April 2 2011, I went to the store on March 8 2011, they did not have the gown in her size, the owner of the store showed me many other gowns, I advised the bride wanted this particular gown in white with a lavender sash, the owner was so gracious she offered to have the gown made immediately for my granddaughter it was ready in 2 weeks at no extra charge the Sales rep (Vanessa)even offered to deliver it to my home!

My school organization at CSUEB had an event and we wanted it to be professional and look great. We rented table covers and linens to dress up the boring school meeting room into something elegant. They had a variety of color schemes to choose from so we found one that matched with our organization’s colors. They also had balloons of the same color and it just tied the whole room together. Lastly my favorite part were the beautiful centerpieces that they made for our tables. Simple but very elegant with flowers and willow. Wish I would have taken a picture to share! There might be one somewhere if I can find it… Even though it was a small event, I found these little touches that Las Bonitas provided really made the event special and stand out. I’ve seen some of their other work for larger events and it’s beautiful. They will work hard to make your event the way you want it! Definitely recommend!

So you would think that having 650 people at your wedding would be incredibly overwhelming, with the cake and the catering and the decorations and seating arrangements. But luckily a friend told me about Las Bonitas Fashions. Vicky and Vanessa are probably the most caring and hard working people I have ever met. I went to them with my ideas on how I wanted my wedding to look like and the colors I wanted. They were so helpful and creative! Long story short… when we walked into the church and later into the reception hall we were completely amazed. Everything was beautiful and colorful and classy. So regardless if you have 20 or 650 people at your wedding or any big event, Las Bonitas Fashions will do a great job
