Hi, my name is Jose Diaz Serrano. I run my own business with my family here in Hayward, Ca. I work as a small business because I believe that when the owner is the operator, you will get a much better experience. I deeply care for the quality of service i provide and work hard to keep my customers happy. I have been doing hauling for many years and always give the best deals and fast, reliable service around. I charge a lot less than most haulers and still take the time to better the environment one load at a time. Since my youth, I have learned to run businesses and have an outstanding work ethic. I am proud to be a Bay Area hauler.

I called Jose to remove an old desk and night stands at the last minute, right before a move. He was able to come when I needed, on time. His prices are reasonable and he is friendly and courteous. I highly recommend Jose for your junk removal needs!

I called Jose today to get an estimate. He came by within 30 minutes to give me a free estimate. His price was half of what others wanted to charge! Less then 2 hours later he came back, took all the junk, and gave me my back yard back! He and his coworker were kind, friendly, professional and helpful! I would highly recommend his service, and will call him again for all my junk removal needs!

I can’t say enough good things about these guys. Back and forth since we live in Sacramento and the haul needed to be done in Newark. Sent a huge truck got all our rubbish hauled swiftly so I don’t have to deal with it anymore. Just such a simple process from beginning and the work the two men did was just, I really have no words for how much these guys saved me a boatload of hassle. Brushed up an area that they didn’t need to and it all happened so fast I just could not believe it. If ever I have anymore hauling to be done or is anyone I know has to in the Bay Area I will tell them about these guys. Little more money than I thought it would be but it was entirely worth it to see 40 years of accumulated «stuff» go by bye. Thank you so much for your professionalism and communication and on and on and on.

I called Jose on Black Friday morning to remove a living room set of a sleeper sofa, ottoman and love seat. He gave an extremely reasonable price and showed up very quickly. He was in and out in less then an hour and was always polite and courteous. I highly recommend Jose for any hauling needs you may have. Exceptional service and attitude.

5stars for Jose and his team for a job well done and exceeding my expectation. I have quite a bit of stuffs in my backyard — A gazebo with love seat captain chair ottoman and portable fireplace and bar corner and high chairs and bbq grill and plastic sink area which are the big items and some other small items — all removed in couple of hours. He is truly the lowest cost junk removal in the area. What I like about him is he just doesn’t remove but sweeps and cleans up the place too which is such a plus! Thanks Jose and hope you will have many more business to come for doing a professional job!

My boyfriend and I couldn’t sell our pull out couch on craigslist or even give it away for free at a thrift store. We put it in the street thinking that someone would pick it up and it ended up raining early in the morning the next day completely soaking the coach! The next morning I found Jose on Unilocal and called him at 6am, surprised that his business was already open. Although I was already awake since 4am stressing about how to get rid of a couch! Jose stopped by at 7:30am like he promised and it was all done! It was so simple and quick! I definitely recommend Jose’s business! He was friendly and understanding!

Jose was wonderful. He came within 45 minutes after I called and picked all the junk with a very reasonable price. He is very efficient and professional. I called 1800 GOTJUNK. I had to wait for a few days for the appointment and then they never showed up. That’s when I searched Unilocal and found Jose.
Highly recommend him to anymore who needs their junk to be removed!

Swift and amazing service! Salvation Army was supposed to pick up my couch yesterday, but they declined it due to condition. I contacted Jose last night through Unilocal and he texted me this morning. He picked up the couch in a matter of hours! Thank you, Jose! You helped me out so much — I’m moving in 2 days and needed to get rid of it quick!

Jose responded right away to my text about hauling goods. I only gave him 2 days notice which was no problem. He text me when he was on his way and text me when he arrived (I much prefer that to ringing my doorbell so the dogs don’t go nuts).
His pricing was fair and service was excellent. He hauled a ton of stuff from a TV, couch to cinder blocks. Super nice guy, I highly recommend and will definitely call him again.

I had a situation with my apartment complex where I needed to remove a mattress and box spring from the garbage area or else I’d be charged for the removal by HoA’s fees. I called Jose and THAT same day he came and removed the materials for a reasonable price! Really friendly and accommodating, truthfully a wonderful service.

Jose to the rescue! I was able to get in contact with Jose for some waste removal on the last day of our move-​out. We arranged a time and he even came out early! He made the process so simple and because we had to head off to work, he sent us a picture of the completed (spotless) job!
I did a quick shop around and others wanted to charge a ton more. Jose asked about the items, gave me a quote and that was that! Great business man, highly recommended!
