Quick repairs, fair price, and clearly explained my options. I was dreading dealing with tech problems but they made it relatively pain-​free. Got my laptop back in no time.

I have been using them for years and they have fixed 3 of my laptops. They have never done me wrong. They are very fast with diagnosing and repairing. I brought in my laptop after it crashed (windows10 is evil) and dropped it off in the morning and picked it up 4 hours later.

Fast, effective, efficient service. My HD laptop was clearly corrupted, so bad Windows wouldn’t even launch. Within minutes after dropping it off, I got a call telling me the problem and the solution. I approved repairs via text, and the machine was ready for pick up shortly after.

A friend referred me to Johnson Computers after I realized I had picked up a bug. Jane and her crew know what they are doing. I’m totally satisfied with the work they did on my laptop. Johnson Computers gives great, timely, personal service, is open convenient hours and the price is right! Jane kept me posted every step of the way. Gave them a call about a DC jack repair on my laptop. They invited me in and told me they can finish the repair the same day. Fast service and competitive pricing would recommend this place for any laptop/​computer repairs. They have the expertise and keep you updated on the status of the repair every step of the way.

My computer downloaded a bad patch, and i just couldn’t get it to start. They were able to take me in same day, and reloaded windows for me within 4 hours. Good friendly service, i will be taking all of my problems to them to fix in the future!

I’ve worked with many IT groups over the past decade and believe I have found the one I will stick with in Johnson Computer. These folks not only get it they are reasonable and tell you up front what to expect in terms of cost and deliverables. I would recommend them highly to anyone who asks.

I brought in an Asus notebook due to my dc jack pin breaking off into the charger. The Asus repair center was going to charge me $ 400 to replace the whole motherboard because they were too lazy to repair just the jack itself, and it was going to take them 5 days to repair it. This guy did it in less than an hr! Repaired both the dc jack AND the charger input in less than an hr! Not to mention he charged me less than half the price of their competitor! I will definitely go back there for any laptop and desktop problems I have in the future

My friend referred me to Johnson computer for fixing my daughter’s laptop. Without any disappointment, they fixed the laptop within an hour and charged me at very reasonable rate. Jane and Johnson are very friendly and professional. They called me first to see if I want to fix it. No doubt that I will come back there for any computer problem. 5 stars.

Quick and efficient service!
My sister’s laptop wouldn’t turn on one day so I had to help her get it fixed. Initially I went to best buy but since the laptop was past warranty, they couldn’t help me. So I went on Unilocal to find a computer repair shop that was close by. After reading all the positive reviews for Johnson Computers, I decided to make a visit.
I went on a Saturday, maybe an hour before closing and was glad Jane and her staff could still take in the laptop for a look. Oh and FYI, she speaks Cantonese so if you’re not too comfortable with speaking English then just let her know.
I put down my info for a diagnostics test and she said she would call me in an hour or two. I was surprised she said that since they were about to close but she said they could do it. Two hours later the problem got resolved! There was issue with the solder of the motherboard.
Prices were decent and in the range I was willing to pay for. Will definitely come back if there are any problems with the desktops/​laptops in my family.

I dropped my laptop and needed a new screen, and since the machine is critical to my business, could not send it away for service. Johnson Computers was recommended to me — they looked at the laptop when I brought it in, ordered a new screen, expedited delivery and then installed it while I waited 2 days later. I was able to use my laptop the entire time, the cost was very reasonable, the new screen works perfectly — it doesn’t get any better than this.

They were very nice to me and understanding of my situation. They also worked very fast on my computer and kept me updated on what they were doing. Their price was also very reasonable, definitely recommend this place. (:

Wow! Talk about quick turnaround! Our PC was running so slow, we couldn’t even log onto the Internet at all. We dropped our computer off and got updates from Jane throughout the day. It was just software issues. Now, our PC is running nicely. Shop local folks!

I’ve brought my laptop (bad screen) and PC (bad motherboard) here, and they let me drop off my stuff right away, the repairs are done within hours. I love the fact that they normally have all the parts in stock, unlike other computer repair shops in the area, which you need to wait a couple days for. Highly recommend this place, great customer service, quick repairs, and low cost. Don’t go to the geek squad, they suggested I come to Johnson’s to save money. Support your local small businesses

They were amazing they did a great job on my computer plus some additional things without asking. Very polite and helpful. I would totally going there again.

I tried to upgrade my laptop from windows 7 to windows 10 but the upgrade broke my laptop and I went to another ship which told me my hard drive was broken and I needed a new one. I had a friend check out my laptop and he said my hard drive was fine. Afterwards my friend recommended Johnson computers to me and they were able to format my computer and reinstall windows 7 for me within a day. Jane was super nice and charged me a reasonable price to fix my laptop. I’ll definitely be coming here in the future for any problems that I can not fix. If you are reading this then you shouldn’t even bother looking at other shops because this place will take care of you; they’re fast, nice, and just have great customer service.

They do a great job! I do computer repairs for a living, but I’m unable to repair smaller components.
I found out about Johnson Computers on accident when I had a customer in the area that needed a motherboard repaired. Jane showed me some of the things they work on and I was surprised. I’ve already referred a few of my customers to them.
The prices are a bit higher than I would hope, but I don’t know anyone else that does what they do, so it’s worth it if you really need any electrical hardware repaired. Make sure to compare the cost of the repair to the cost of replacement, other than that, you won’t be disappointed.
I had 2 motherboard repairs done, both were done the same day. I’m really impressed.

Jane is the absolute best. Not only was she able to remove the virus from my computer, but she did it in a day. In about 3 hours to be exact. She kept me informed on everything she was doing and she made sure I was okay with, and understand every step she took. i felt very involved in the process.
If I ever run into tech problems again, I’ll be sure to come back!
