Johnny did a wonderful job painting the exterior of our home. Very professional, great prep work and awesome paint job at the best price out of any quotes we received. I definitely recommend Johnny!

Johnny did our restaurant paint job. He quoted us a lower cost than other people and did a great job. We didn’t have to do any prep work at all. They did everything for us, which is awesome. He also painted some dividers for us, cause they were so old looking that we wanted to throw them out. He made them look all brand new again. we would definitely use him again for another job.

Johnny did an excellent job on my rental property in Sunnyvale. His pricing was very good. It’s hard to find guys like Johnny. I highly recommend him.

This guy pretty much painted my whole street!!! Awesome jobs!!!
Started a few years back, a few houses in my street got new paint, and they really look good. In the beginning of this month, I saw the same guy is working on at lease 3 houses in my street, including my next door neighbor’s house. Then I got a quote from Johnny, and also the details on the work. I decided to go with Johnny.
In short, he got the job well done, and the quality of the work is excellent. He would finished it on time if not for the reason that me and my wife decided to change the color on our wood side! We choose another color and let Johnny know. Johnny made another suggestion to us. At the end, we decided to go with Johnny’s suggestion. My wife and I were very pleased with the final overall color of the whole house. Johnny is not only helped us save some money, and also he has good taste on the coloring. Yes, the 2^nd coat will cost more, but it could cost a lot more if we paint the wood 3 times, right: D
When the house is done, we are really pleased with our «NEW» house! Johnny also went around the house and make sure all the garbage were taken away and host down our back year before he is truly complete, that is really big for us since we don’t have time to do so.

PS, just repair the rotten wood part will cost my a arm or a leg already, so good that Johnny can fix it with very very reasonable price!!!

You get what you pay for. He started out all charming and showing up on time to do the estimate, which was 40-​percent less than the other bids. He then started flaking, doing half-​assed work, not listening and just being a pain.
I should have seen the problem coming when he wanted more than a standard 50-​percent deposit (this means that his business isn’t going to well and he needs the money now). He does not do color samples on the side of your house so you can see what the trim and or colors look like before you get stuck with one., So he more or less picked the trim color without consulting us – part of which is my fault.
On the second day, his crew was working without him there when I saw a 2-​year-​old boy up on a ladder above the pavement on the side of my house. I had to scold the worker and then Johnny that a work site is not a daycare center and that this is absurd and dangerous.
His workers then failed to show the next day. Johnny did the work and demanded final payment even though he was about 80-​percent done. He then painted our walkway a gleaming white, again wtthout consulting us. But before he did it, he left the job after about two hours blaming the weather. (we ended up getting a more subdued color and painting the walkway and front stairs ourselves.)
The quality of his work is not that good. To his credit, he did a good job scraping problem areas of the house. But his trim work was sloppy, missing parts of trim, dripping paint on windows, etc.
He is so busy hustling trying to get work and get quick $$$ that he won’t focus on the job at hand. He is more interested in fast money than in quality.
He does not listen nor seem to care very much, which is too bad because I liked him initially and really wanted to be able to recommend him to other people. Sadly, I can’t.
