I had an unusual experience with this company. #1) They scheduled me in very last minute. #2) They called to advise they were running 5 minutes late. They arrived as stated. #3) The technician (Kyle) was professional, tidy and humorous, He fixed my stove within a very short amount of time. He offered to look at other appliances while there. They get 10 stars in my book. Thankfully there are still companies out there that believe in giving excellent customer service. Thank you Jeb’s!!!

I cant say enough how awesome Kyle is!!! He installed a new dishwasher in record time. 30 minutes. He went above and beyond the call of duty showing us step by step how not to use to much soap, taking out our unhooked ice maker, how to clean under the refrigerator for maximum performance, washing our dryer vent on a regular basis for optimal performance. Do your self a favor call jeb’s appliance for all your service needs. I know I will. On a musical note he played us a song on our piano on his way out, we were impressed.

Kyle came to fix my washing machine. I couldn’t figure it out for the life of me. We were able to set an appointment he came over explained everything, then he fixed it, I paid him and it’s back to washing my clothes.

they used to have a good service. since the son has taken over, the service has become very bad. he has no idea what he is doing called him to fix a refrigerator and he didn’t even know what was wrong with it had to make multiple calls to his father. he kept on the delaying the repair date saying in the parts haven’t come in. since he couldn’t fix it is still charged me for a service call. I do not recommend his services

I have used this guy personally about 4 times, and referred more then 20 people over the years to have appliances repaired. Today I called in, and instead of me giving him money to fix something that wasn’t worth it, he saved me the money and drama and told me to go buy a new one. You can tell someone is honest when they would rather give you free advise then take your money to fix something they can tell is a bad problem that will only get worse. JEBS 4 LIFE

When our washing machine died, I turned to Unilocal and found Jeb’s. Even though they didn’t have a lot of reviews, the ones they did have, raved about them. Jeb and his Son came out and identified the problem right away. He went to work and replaced the part within an hour! We thought it would take a few days but they were in and out in a hurry! Jeb will definitely be my first call the next time something breaks.

Today has been the 3rd time I have Used Jeb. I am totally satisfied with his work. Each time I needed him, I left message on his answering machine, He would call me back the same day. I find his pricing is fair, and you don’t have to wait a long time for an appointment. he serviced me the next day all 3 times. On the business card he gave me, Jeb has been in business since 1979, and he guarantee’s his work.
