Jamm’n Jumpers

I emailed 3 week before an event asking if a certain jumper was available and got a reply immediately saying it was available and provided me with a quote. The day after, I confirmed the date, time and location of the party. I did not hear back so I emailed them 5 days later to ask for confirmation and was told they were not available. =\

This guy is terrible. See for yourself if you order a jumper. Guaranteed every good review on Unilocal is one of his friends. He is rude, and unprofessional. We called a couple days before the party to double check our scheduled jumper, and HE SAID, they were coming the day before to set up the jumper, like we discussed. Well, this was never discussed. I later figured out that this was his way of making it convenient for himself, which i didn’t mind. Whatever, at this point I just wanted my son have a nice birthday. The night before, he brought a piece of crap that wouldn’t inflate. HE was mad, unprofessional, cursing in front of our kids, because it didn’t work. Maybe he had a long day. At this point, I was still giving him the benefit of the doubt. Trying to calm him down, I told him not to worry, and paid him upfront right then, trying to help his situation. He left and came back an hour later with a new machine, but totally gave us the feeling this was a huge inconvenience. Even after I paid him upfront. Still whatever. The part that aggregates me the most is next. We had rented it for the next day, just trying to accommodate him by letting him drop it off early. The party was from 3 – 9. Thats what he originally agreed to, in text message. He came at SIX to WRAP UP THE JUMPER. And rubbed it in our faces that he dropped it off the night before, as a courtesy to us. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. He just started tearing it down aggressively infront of all the kids, SO WE HAD A JUMPER, FOR 140 dollars, FROM 3 – 6. After an argument, he said he would refund us our money after he took it down at loaded it in his car. Hmmm. I agreed to a refund, but wanted before he took it down. Im no fool. He then backed out of the refund. Which leads me to believe he would have loaded the jumper, and left. Totally dishonest. This guy is an angry rip off. Suit yourself if you hire him! I wouldn’t pay until he leaves. Hated our experience. Looking for a different company next time.

I was soooo happy with the customer service I experienced when renting from Jammin’ Jumpers! Not only are their prices extremely reasonable but they allow you to rent the jumper for the whole day! We chose the castle jumper for $ 90.00 and it did not dissapoint. Everyone at our party stayed in the jumper, we had to bribe them out for lunch AND cake. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family. They are punctual, reliable, and affordable. I will definitely be using them again!!! One very happy customer!

First time getting a jumper. Called Wed needing a jumper Sat. Reasonable prices. Dropped off early which was great for the kiddies! Good condition just a little dirty but to be expected.

Delivered on time and setup promptly. Excellent quality jumper very clean and good looking. It enhanced our party. Kids had wonderful time! Thanks to Victor. Will definitely recommend Jamm’n Jumers.

Victor was professional and courteous. He was prompt with response saying responding to my requests. They were negotiable on price since I rented multiple items. We got the largest jumper, «the dream combo», and a bubble machine. I highly recommend both if you have a party with older kids and really young kids. Everybody had a great time. Dropped off as early as possible and picked up right on schedule. I would definitely rent jumpers from Jamming Jumpers again.

We’ve used Jammn jumpers 3 times now & there will be plenty more. So far for my sons 2^nd & 3^rd birthday & baby shower. & will be calling them again in nov for my sons birthday again. It is very easy to book and communicate with the owner. He’s very nice and easy to compromise with especially with pick up and drop offs. The only sucky part we had was when we booked a few days before an event & couldn’t get the jumper my son wanted but that’s ok that was our fault next time I will have to book 2 weeks ahead! But I highly recommend them! We’ve also rented tables & chairs too! They have everything you need for a party! So jump & party with Jammn jumpers!!!

We used Jamm’n Jumpers for son’s Thomas the Train Birthday party so naturally we rented the Choo-​Choo Jumper and the Skee Ball game (only$ 25 extra), and it was the best decision. The jumper was huge but we made it all work out, and the service that Jamm’n Jumpers was fantastic! I had been researching companies for a while, but I made a great decision! They totally worked with my schedule and that was really important to me. Thanks again!

I would recommend this company to any one looking to rent a jumpy house. They were nice, easy, quick and clean. Clean because after he filled it with air, he wiped it completely down with a rage and cleaner. He was in and out in twenty minutes. That’s with cleaning it. Polite and helpful. Use jammm’n jumpers if you want a great experience. Save yourself the headache of shopping around. I would say the fact that he cleaned it inside and out was worth going with them alone.

GREAT PRICES!!! We rented a jumper & a all star game for $ 25 more which is a great deal, I called other places but alot of jumper rental companys are pricey. It was just perfect for our boy’s birthday party! We got the jumper courtesy the night before and picked up on time. Jammin Jumpers has a variety of choices. These guys have all the coolest jumpers and party equipment for great prices. They also DJ so you have all your party needs covered. In my experience, they have great prices, nice clean equipment and great communication.

I love Jamm’n Jumpers I used them for my daughter’s first birthday and their service was great I had two jumpers and their prices are hard to beat! The best in the bay where can you find two jumpers within affordable price range no where but with Jamm’n Jumpers! I was soo Pleased that I will be using them again this year for her 2^nd birthday. Their toddler jumper is one of a kind works great for children age 1 to 5. I am a overjoyed mother and very happy that Jamm’n Jumpers are around.

They were really friendly and informative over the phone and confirmed with us 24hrs in advance. Ok so I just had my housewarming party and rented the inflatable boxing ring with gloves… Just a warning drunk people should not jump and hit each other… although it is pretty fricken hilarious! Anywho… Victor came and set everything up on time and came back and picked everything up like the good business man that he is. Oh and I just found out that he is a DJ too! Until the next party…
